Chapter 19 - Epilogue

It was the day of the deadline, but that urge he had been feeling was finally gone now. He felt so relieved, like he could finally be true to himself again. Like a true change of heart.

The door of the Cafe made a quiet sound like it usually does as familiar faces then entered, along with them the one he thought he'd never see again. The one he thought had died.

The one he had fallen 𝘪𝘯 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 with.

A silent "𝘐'𝘮 𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺" escaped the dark haired boy's lips before falling into his arms, latching onto him, while a peaceful summer breeze went through the room.

ᴀᴜɢᴜꜱᴛ 21ꜱᴛ.

The time passed, the change of heart succeeded, and finally 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 was happy. It will still take a while till he will gain everyone's trust back, especially Haru's and Futaba's, but they also still accepted Akechi into their little group.

They finally could enjoy their summer in peace, everyone being there. It was like that one perfect day on the beach in his dream, but this time it was real.
The sun was shining brightly onto his face, just like in the sweet dream, and it smelled like that great beach air too. Just like on a perfect day.

Akira took the hand Akechi was extending to him and happily the two went towards the beach, following the others who already had been faster with smiles on their faces.

The blue sea was pretty.

The beach air was fresh.

- This was my first story ever, it was honestly really fun to write! I hope I didn't make make any bad mistakes in the writing, please tell me if you find any

- I just love Akeshu too much. Sorry if it was more focused on those two haha-
