We had three lessons and were allowed to miss are last two lessons because of the Prom. I had a great idea to not go to the Prom(which included faking ill). I try and work through the rest of my lessons even though I can't really constraint. I answer questions that I am asked and be quiet when I am told. I have no more tears to cry, you don't need a boy to go to the prom with!
I smile to myself, today is going to be a good day! I noticed the Jackson wasn't bothering me and usual, which I kind of missed. Also I hadn't see Scarlett...
My "best friends" were planning their dresses and eventually left me alone and I realised how selfish I had been, I thought that the whole time the earth revolved around me, when it didn't!
I say next my"best friends"and smile, they ignore me,"Nice Dresses," I say, looking at the dresses they had designed.
"Thanks," they both said sarcastically.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"You," they both say at the same time,"please don't talk to us, Scarlett told us everything".
"Sorry," I leave their table. This is my fault, is it all my fault.
School soon ends and everyone begins to talk about tonight. I walk back slowly, I put my headphones so that I can block out the noise around me. Jackson walks up to me," I've been trying to find you, I'm sorry about what happened, but all the time I have to say sorry, when I haven't done anything wrong!" He shouts.
"Okay, I am sorry," I say.
"You know the problem with you is you are to selfish," he says, and crosses the road and walks in another direction,"that's why have no friends".
I pretend that I haven't hear that. The last sentenced echoes in my mind over and over again, I try to ignore it but it doesn't work. I really have to stop thinking...
I unlocked the front door and storm in. My mum stands there,"Bad day," she says, I smile and hug her.
"Where's Scarlett? I thought she was going to..."
My sister, Josie comes in, my mum shakes her head and Josie stops talking."Come on! Let's make you beautiful!" Josie says.My sister drags me to my room and locks the door."Right...where shall we start?" She says. She puts green stuff on face.
"Ewww, what is this!" I ask.
"A face mask," Josie laughs and gives me sliced cucumbers.
"Do I have to eat this?" I ask, she laughs even more.
"No you have to put them on your eyes," she replies.
