"We should get going." Tam added. Distracted Sophie nodded. Linh watched Fitz walk over and whisper something in her ear. Sighing Linh got up. "Is Glimmer with Tiergan?" Linh asked Tam. He nodded. A frown etched into Linh's face. Tam sighed. "You don't have to stay." said Tam. Linh shook her head. "Its all right." Linh turned away. It had been a rough time when Tam was away and...Linh didn't like the feeling of Glimmer. It scared her. "Bye!" Biana shouted after them. Linh turned and gave Biana her best smile.
(In this I'm going to say Glimmer is like 18 but for all I know she could be 40 XD)
Back at home Linh sat down on her comfy bed. She try'd to let the warm tingly sensation of her covers sooth her. She heard a purr next to her. Linh smiled happily as Princess Purryfins, her Murcat licked her paws. Linh heard her door creak open. Tam uncomfortably shifted from one side to another.
(Sorry if you guys were hoping Wylie would come in XD)
"Oh hi." Linh shot Tam a small smile. Things had been awkward between the twins when Tam got home. Tam sat next to Linh.
"I'm...sorry I-I couldn't risk your safety." Tam strangled out. Linh looked away, petting Princess Purryfins. "You may have thought you protected me but the Neverseen are bound to go after me someday, like everyone else." Tam shook his head. "You would have done the same for me." Said Tam. Linh stared into his silvery blue eye's. "I-
The door creaked open once more interrupting Linh. Glimmer stood their. Her arms were folded across her chest and her hood was pulled up, casting shadows across her unrecognizable face.
"What do you want." Linh said quietly. Glimmer looked away scowling. "Look I don't expect for you to love me but If i'm gonna be here you might as well try." Linh stared at Glimmer in horror.
"What!" said Glimmer. Than she realized the odd scent in the room and the way Linh seemed to look behind her. Glimmer turned slowly to see Gethen grinning madly. Glimmers eyes widened and Gethen punched her in the face. Hard. Stumbling backward as blood dripped down her face Glimmer fell over and her hood fell down to reveal her face....
