We meet again

Football practice was stressful!! I couldn't catch right anymore, I was obsessed with staring at the guys from wrestling. I was dying! They are so hot, but only one caught my attention, one could make me make a mockeryr out of myself, just one. MIKE. I even thought I was drooling, maybe I was... No one would tell me if I was. After practice i was sore, I couldn't even walk. I started resting and talking to Skye (another bestie) then mike came out and I started babbling(Will someone help me!?) he looked at me and smiled, as he was walking I started fixing myself to think a sophomore would talk to a freshman, sadly I was mistaking and he walked away. Skye, out of nowhere grabs him and pulls him aside to talk. After the talk he wouldn't even look at me! (WHAT DID SHE DO!?) she wouldn't tell me so, next thing I know I'm walking towards him and taping his shoulder. He looked so much better closer. A conversation started hallelujah🙏🙌

"What did my friend tell you" I asked
"She told me that you had a crush on me and that you're 13"
"She did, did she?" I turned looking at skye with a warning.
"I get it. You're cute but I can't"
"Oh." I can't believe this, was i getting rejected by a guy I didn't ask out yet! I wanted to know why but it's not important. He wants nothing to do with me.
I smiled and walked away, i was hoping the world would end at that moment.
