(History of Jason Todd)
Jason Todd was in his safe house listening to the news about Robin stopping a bank heist and another of Black Mask's operation. While he was preparing to gather his equipments, he remembered the horrible memories about how he lost his parents.
His father used to be a part of Joker's crew and failed to kill Batman. The Joker killed his father while his mother died from drug overdose. The Joker thought that it would be fun to beat up Jason with a crowbar and other ways to torture him.
It was lucky for Jason that he was still alive only to live on the street in a rough childhood. He stole food and money only to survive but was caught for at least more than one occasion. After he was able to escape in prison, Jason decided to change into something new. Something that would change his life forever.
Somewhere else.... A group of Black Mask's men were laying low in their abandoned safe house with their piles of drugs and armed weapons. While waiting for a call from their boss, the goons were counting all of the money they've earned.
(mobster 1): 10200, 10310, 10460....
(mobster 2): Man, I thought you would've lost counting by now?
While they were busy counting all of the money, the red-hooded vigilante broke in the place through the window with his 2 armed pistols.
THE HOOD: I own you b*tches, now!
(The Hood)

All of the thugs were startled at the vigilante when he broke in the building.
(mobster): What the hell!? It's that vigilante from the papers!
THE HOOD: You worthless scumbags are about to discover that crime doesn't pay.
All of the mobsters gathered to work together and kill the vigilante. Just like Batman and Robin, Jason also had various of gadgets such as his Shurikens, Hand Knife, Flash Bang Grenades, his own Grapnel Gun, and his Dual Hand Gun Pistol. He was also gifted in his combat skills.
Unlike Batman and Robin though, Jason was ruthless and the non-forgiving kind. He used his dual handgun pistol to kill his opponents and break every single bone in their bodies. He has no respect with the dynamic duo's 'No Killing' rule.
Besides firing his guns, Jason threw his Flash Bang Grenades to disorient the thugs and firing his Hand Guns again at the thugs. Jason used his Grapnel Gun to pull a nearby thug and slit his throat with his Hand Knife.
Jason was really fast pulling the the trigger of his gun pistols and reloading it with bullets once he murdered the goons. He also threw his sharp Shurikens at the goons' eyes.
After he murdered half of the goons and half are injured, Jason interrogated one of them with his hand pistol.
THE HOOD: Where's Black Mask keeping all the goods?
(mobster): You ain't gonna kill me! You ain't gonna kill me!
THE HOOD: Do I look like Batman to you?! Rethink your answer before I filled your head with lead.
(mobster): Do whatever you want! I ain't scared of you!
Jason threw the goon to the ground and fired a bullet between his head. After the goon died in a pool of blood, Jason started interrogating another but a cowardly goon.
THE HOOD: You got anything else to say, Princess?
(mobster): No, please! I'll do whatever you want, just promise me you'll let me go!
THE HOOD: How about you go to hell.
Jason strapped and locked goon around the supplies of drugs, guns, and money and threw gasoline on it. After he was done with the gasoline, Jason threw his lighter at the gasoline.
(mobster): No! Don't kill me, please!
THE HOOD: Say hi to Joker for me.
Jason got outside through the window while he burned down the entire place with everyone in it. The goons screamed in pain from the fire that the ruthless vigilante caused.
