Peter started chocking on his own spit.

From behind fury came out the Avengers themselves.
Tony: c'mon Spidey no one cares how ugly you look.
Peter's Stark side decided to take action. Knowing damm well his father knew who he was.
Peter: don't worry old man. That's not the reason.
Tony and the ultimates gasped at that.
Ava: what are you doing webhead!? He's one of the earth's mighteset heroes!
Peter: he's also an old man who hacked my AI.
Everyone now look confused.
Tony: well you are supposed to be grounded.
All the ultimates were now confused.
Peter: Don't blame me! Blame pirate man over there!
Peter was pointing at Fury who glared at him.
Peter: plus didn't pops say that that you are also in time out.
Clint: that he did.
Peter: you know what? I'm leaving. Bye dad bye guys.
Tony:bye bambino. Don't be late for dinner!

After Peter left the Avengers were left to explain what happened.
