"Well, how is it going with the job search?" Perrie asked when I reached my usual table at lunchtime.

Zayn gave me a questioning look, "Looking for a job? For what?"

I glared at Perrie and she spelled a subdued apology. "I got kicked out of the house, so I need a job to be able to rent an apartment," I replied, stabbing a salad leaf.

Niall frowned, "You could have come to me, you know I don't live with anyone anymore."

"Why were you kicked out? I know your mom hates you, but I never thought she could really go that far," Zayn noted, confused.

I bit my lip before saying, "M'not sure just did it, don't know why. Think she was just of meh and my problems ... "

Zayn and Niall nodded briefly, but I knew they didn't believe me. So I continued eating and Niall went off with Lucy and her friends. Zayn and Perrie were discussing something, I looked up at Harry, who was standing at the back of the room with Liam, who was still smiling shyly and blushing. I wanted so much to sit with Harry, but in couldn't, maybe in a month.

The bell rang and I walked down the hall to exit the school. I turned the corner and spotted the usual customer sitting at the football field.

He noticed me too and stood up, looking around before asking, "How much?"

"Three hundred," I replied impatiently. I also looked around to make sure that no one was around, students or teachers who were. I couldn't get into trouble.

He frowned, suspicious, "Let me see ..." I pulled out the bag and he shrugged as he grabbed his wallet. I passed him what he wanted and he sighed, "You better be worth it ..."

"I'm sure," I assured him before walking away.

We didn't exchange names, because that's how it worked. If I was caught he wouldn't be in trouble, and if he was caught I wouldn't be in trouble. It was easier that way. I felt dirty doing that job, but to get a roof over my head and Harry, I would have done anything. I was still trying to find another job, so I could stop doing that, but it was pretty hard. Though it had only been two days.

Harry looked around the parking lot before getting into my car.

Then he smiled, "Hi Boo."

I kissed him on the lips, "Let's sleep in a hotel 'tonight."

He frowned, evidently quite confused, "How? We do not have money."

"Oh yeah," I commented as I exited the parking lot.

I thought for a moment and then said, "I got a job. They gave me a loan that I will repay them at the next payment ... "

"Really? But that's great! Where is it?" Harry exclaimed with a smile. I smiled back, "From the gas station a few miles from here."

"Wow, that's amazing. I suppose your beauty and your charm have won them over,"he giggled, linking my fingers with his.

I muttered 'guess so' in response. I felt really bad for lying to him. But I had no other choice. Harry would surely have killed me if he had found out and I would not have endured another separation. He had already hated me taking drugs, selling drugs myself would be even worse.

I stopped next to a low cost hotel and got out of the car grabbing our bags. Harry helped me and we entered the hall. The place was pretty dirty, but we should have done it. There was something supernatural, almost, in the atmosphere. The floor was gray and the walls covered with wallpaper with a terrible pattern.

Yes, my gay side was coming out, but I didn't care. The design was atrocious. Shaking my head, I grabbed Harry's hand and walked over to the central counter. The girl who was behind it looked up at me and asked, with a bored expression, "Good morning, can I help you?"

"A room, thanks," I replied quickly, grabbing my wallet.

She looked at us curiously, then asked, "How many nights?"

"Can we pay from day to day as long as we need it?" I asked, unsure of how long we would stay at the hotel. It could have been weeks or a few days. Until I had enough money to rent an apartment. Not to mention finding it, the apartment.

"As you like, here are the keys. Room 242. " I took the keys and headed for the elevator.

He was looking around with distrust. I couldn't blame him. It was kind of a ghetto, not to be racist or anything. We waited until we reached the second floor and went into our room, opening the door.

It was a bit hard, but as soon as we managed to open it we found ourselves in front of a hideous green carpet. The walls were white and worn, the bed stiff and the dresser old.

"Well, is it ... better than a car?" Harry suggested with a small smile.

I chuckled and closed the door before tossing our bags onto the bed. He sighed and I began unpacking.

He asked me, "What are you doing?"

I opened a drawer and put my clothes inside, and then said, "Well, we'll stay here for a while, better at least feel at home."

Harry frowned but nodded, "Okay, I'll take a shower instead ..."

"Okay, here!" I threw him a pair of boxers, pants and a T-shirt.

He thanked me and went into the bathroom. As soon as I heard the water flow, I waited a few moments and then pulled the money out of my pocket. I glanced at the door, as a precaution, and then opened another drawer of the cabinet and put the money in it, before closing it again. When I finished taking all my stuff out of my bag I heard a scream coming from the bathroom and I flinched.

"Harry?" I asked immediately, hurrying in his direction.

Harry ran out of the shower, naked, and I asked him worriedly, "What is it? Are you OK?"

He pointed to a spot in the shower and I walked over to it, then turned to him, "Seriously? A spider?"

He blushed and I took a handkerchief in my hand, crushing it before throwing it into the toilet. I turned back to him and eyed him from head to toe with a grin.

He looked down, going monstrously redder and grabbed a towel, stammering, "U-Uh thanks."

I rolled my eyes and kissed him softly, "Come on, let's go to sleep now. I'll take a shower tomorrow morning. "

He nodded and changed while I did the same. Then we lay down on the heavy mattress. I turned off the lights and Harry curled up on my chest, "Night Boo."

"Night angel," I whispered, placing a kiss on his temple. Soon he fell asleep and at the exact moment I was about to do so, I felt my cell phone vibrate. I groaned and opened it. I saw a message.

[From: Spinner] I'll meet you in the alley at 10. Bring the money, I need it.

I frowned and glanced at Harry for a moment. He seemed calm. If I refused, however, Spinner would probably have fired me, and we badly needed the money. I slowly got up and put on a jacket before grabbing the keys and quietly going out.
