Once you have considered all things and your ready to began I want you to sit with yourself. When I said that all aspects matter, this is the most important time for it to matter. Its of the most extreme that you be carful and follow directions. Sit with yourself and let go of the control of your thoughts and just watch your mind, you do so by not forcing any thoughts to leave but you will think them and not react or interact with any of them, just let them be there to fill your mind if your a heavy thinker. Doing this and forgetting about your surroundings is in a way a detail to The Who workings the opening of communication to be communicated with. Think of spirits as people some are bad some are good and some we know personally. But we get these feeling of who they might be just by talking and having them around, taking that moment to listen to our guy.
