Camilas pov
Today is just a lazy day, Lauren, Cleo and me it's great. Lauren and I were still in pyjamas, Lauren walked Cleo in her pyjamas, she couldn't be bothered to get changed.
Lauren was on the couch cuddling Cleo as I was making some dinner, Lauren has spent most of the day training Cleo, she's learning quite fast. We've had her for a few weeks and she knows the basics, sit, paw stay and she's also potty trained.
Lauren is trying to get Cleo to, lay down and roll over, she's so good with her.
When dinner was done I call Lauren, she gives Cleo her food, another thing she is trying to each her is wait, she kind of has it almost, sometimes she does it, sometimes she doesn't.
Lauren and I eat, talking about random things, it was nice to just have a chill day. We've been working so much the past couple of weeks, it's nice to have a break.
Just to stay at home with my girlfriend and puppy, watch tv, stay in pyjamas all day, cuddle it was great.
After eating Lauren did the washing up, she let Cleo out to toilet, then we cuddle on the couch as Cleo plays with her toys. We watch a movie, Lauren wraps my fully blanket around us, I smile as she holds me close and kisses my cheek.
"How come you didn't just slip today?" Lauren asked, i shrug
"I'm not quite sure, I'm not falling into my headspace much anymore" I say, she nods softly.
I would sometimes be a little younger, but not as young as I used to be, I'm not sure why.
"I've noticed, have you been feeling okay?" She asked, i nod smiling at her
"I've been feeling the best I have in a long time" I say, she nods kissing me I kiss her back
"That's the important thing, as long as you're okay" she said, I smile and Cleo comes up cuddling us.
after a few movies and tv shows I was getting tired, I told Lauren I'm going to bed and she said okay.
Lauren cleaned up a little bit and then came to bed, we cuddled and talked for a while before falling asleep in each other's arms.
This is how I want the rest of my life to be, this is all I've ever wanted and I finally have it, it's a dream come true.
