The sun slowly begins to set as people scurry away from the busy streets and into nearby buildings. Carolers sing with all their might, drowning out the ringing of bells but not the cars obnoxious honking at one another. Children beg their parents by whining and pointing at something they desire. Other children try to interrupt their parents by running away and hiding from or pulling on their expensive clothes.

As the sun sank under ground, the temperature did as well. Chatty people began to shiver uncontrollably as the icy winds hit their bare skin. The men began to wrap themselves around the shivering women, shielding them from the icy winds but also caging them from freedom.

The Raddixs were cruising along the side walks, admiring the spectacular sights around them. Tiny snowflakes gently sway in the wind and landing on the ground with a gracious bow. People from afar would have mistaken them for tiny dancers in the sky. A little girl danced in the piled of snow, tossing it chaotically everywhere.

"Mahavir, dear." A woman called out. Mahavir turns around to look over at the woman who called out to him. He couldn't help but fall for her beauty. Her light curly hair neatly twisted in a bun with multiple braids connecting to it. Her baby blue eyes shimmered as the bright lights bounced off them. Her tanned cheeks and nose were painted slightly red from the cold wind brushing across them.

"Yes, my beautiful?" Mahavir asked, grabbing the woman's small gloved hand. The woman's smile filled Mahavir's chest with warm. She leans onto his shoulder and watches the little girl continue to play in the pile of snow.

"Do you mind calling our little adventurer over so we could go home?" The woman asked calmly. Her voice reminded him of sugar and honey mixed together with a hint of kindness.

"Anything for you, my dear, Kitoko." Mahavir replies before calling out to the little girl. "Jasira, dear. I believe you have won the battle." Jasira stops stomping on the ground and looks up at Mahavir and Kitoko. "So now may be the time to return home wouldn't you say?" Mahavir finished saying. Jasira stomped one last time before skipping towards them.

"Yes Papa, I do think it is time to go home." Jasira says before she sneezes. Kitoko walks forward, untangling her arm from Mahavir's. She bends down in front of Jasira and pulls out her handkerchief, trying to wipe Jasira's nose.

"Mama, no. Stop, please." Jasira complains, pushing Kitoko's hand away from her face.

"Jasira dear, I need to wipe your tiny red nose so you won't get sick and miss out on the fun." Kitoko says, trying to maneuver her way to Jasira's nose. Jasira continues to push her hand away from her.

"Do you want to miss out on the fun, Jasira?" Mahavir asked, watching as Jasira shakes her head quickly.

"No Papa. I don't want to miss out on the fun." Jasira says on the verge of tears. Kitoko managed to wipe her nose and kissed her forehead before picking her up and holding her in her arms.

"Now Jasira, your father was only messing with you. He didn't mean any of it alright?" Kitoko says soothingly. Jasira nods her head with a pout and a sniffle as Kitoko holds her tightly on her chest. She extends a hand out to Mahavir, who grabbed it without any hesitation. "Now we can go home." She says, leading the way home as the lights behind them began to blur as they continued to walk down the sidewalk.

Merry Christmas, everyone!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you guys have a wonderful Christmas and New Years Day. Sorry it took so long to update here on Wattpad. I'm probably not going to be updating anytime soon since this isn't a huge story I'm really focused on right now.

While you're reading the story please listen to the song cause I think it goes with the season and the chapter really well. As you can see, there will be no chapter numbers since I want to start something new.

The pictures and song are not mine and belong to their respectable owners. The characters on the other hand are mine. Hope you guys like it and again have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
