Izuku just nodded and teleported with guy
Guy: Hello izuku haw are doing
Izuku: Great uncle how about you
Guy: great I wanted to ask you about helping me train someone
Izuku: well you know how I think so I would like to see how he trains and works for a day to see if he is worth it
Guy: okay but be sure that he will impress you. *Guy smile*
Izuku: okay I will use my invisible jutsu to see this training of yours
Guy: okay izuku his name is Lee, now let's go
Izuku was looking at lee from afar and was writing about all of lee's weakness and some taijutsu that izuku created that can help him after that izuku followed lee and saw something that convinced him, he saw lee doing gruesome training and then teleported to guy and said
Izuku: Okay I will train him with you
Guy: he is a lot like you
IZuku: yeah the only thing that is different is that I started from negative and worked my ass of and then got to the sky and he started from zero and is on his way
Guy: hey izuku can I ask you something
IZuku: yeah
Guy: why does Kakashi say that you are the most gifted ungifted person
Izuku: lets just say that I was not neglected but hated, I wasn't bullied, I was tortured I was left dead every day for 13 years and then one day I saw someone needing help and my legs moved on their own and something in me awakened and I saved that person, after that, I came home and I saw my family dead and something in me awakened again and then I came here I started training like hell, you know I have a lot of powers and bla bla bla but the thing is that I don't need them and I think that is why I was chosen to have this power to save everyone, I think that whoever gave me this power, knew that I would work my ass off and I would train my powers even if I don't use them because I want to prove that everyone can be a hero no matter who holds you back, even if the world hates you then you hate it back, however, I think that the reason why I was given this power is not only to prove that even if you are less than nothing then you can be the best, but that I would only use it if the case is nesesary. My point is that its not something that I need but, if its necessary to protect someone then I will use whatever is in my power, now uncle I have to go I am working on something, wait, so when will I train him?
Guy: *cring guy tiers* I didn't know you went though that I will protect you with my life, *goes back to normal guy* tomorrow at 2
Izuku then teleported to his house and started meditating

Izuku: hey brother I wanted you ti help me so I have came to a conclusion to make a lot of my quirks into passive ones so I wanted you to help me brainstorm which should be nonpassive and passive
10 tails: okay let's get into it
After hours of brainstorming
Izuku: okay so the quirks that I will make passive is
1: a lot of shock absorption quirk
2: fire replacement (makes all flames black like Amaterasu and he can control the duration)
