Kakashi: he has quirks that can do that and much more but we have to teach him how to use everything like ninjas

Kakashi: his body acts in relation with his mind so his body is developing like his mind tells him to so he is pretty jacked and he is training without any powers and his training can make rock lee's train look like a baby
