Ash, Eiji, Shorter, Sing, Ibe, Max, Blanca, Yut-Lung, Skip, and Golzine suddenly appear somewhere completely unfamiliar and meet a strange boy named Niko.

Niko was having a nice day. It was the middle of summer so he didn't have to do any schoolwork and even then the school year had ended on optional assignments that wouldn't be graded. There was a lot going on with the world between COVID and everything else, but Niko was lucky enough to live somewhere without any huge problems just outside of his home. He lived in a medium sized house all by himself due to his parents traveling all over the world. Their traveling between countries has been halted but they still travel around the US. "What should i do today?" He asked himself while petting Dagger and sitting on the couch. His family owned a large plot of land so Dagger had plenty of room to run around and even hunt small animals if he wanted to. "Maybe I'll re watch Banana fish. Its been a while." So he got up and grabbed his laptop hooking it up to the tv. Dagger knew how to get in and out of the house on his own so Niko wasn't worried about walking him. Settling down on the couch with a blanket and Dagger he hit play and started watching. It was the middle of the night by the time he had finished all of the episodes. Turning off the tv Niko just settled on the couch not bothering to get up and go to his bed. While asleep he had a strange dream. It was about one or more characters from Banana Fish appearing at different parts of his property. Ash, Eiji, Blanca, and Ibe were the first to appear. They popped up near his front door. All four were unconscious. Then Sing, Shorter, Max, Skipper, and Yut-Lung appeared a bit into the forest behind his house. And Golzine appeared at the edge of his property in the middle of the woods about a mile past Sing and his group. All of them were passed out. Niko jolted awake all of a sudden. "That was a strange dream" he said to himself. He got up and headed to the kitchen, waking Dagger in the process. Dagger got up, stretched, and trotted to the door to go outside. He was wearing the clothes he had fallen asleep in the day before.

All of a sudden he could hear Dagger barking outside. He doesn't bark unless there is someone he doesn't know. 'There shouldn't be anyone out there' he thought. Setting the bread he was about to put in the toaster down he jogged out the front door, being sure to grab his key on the way, and went to check what Dagger was barking at. He slipped on his shoes that were by the door and went out. A bit down the driveway road was a few people laying there. Niko's eyes widened. 'Its them!' He thought running over to them signaling Dagger that its ok to stop barking. Just as his dream showed the ones in front of his house were Ash Lynx, Eiji Okumura, Blanca, and Ibe (i don't remember his other name XD). Niko carefully walked up to each making sure they're ok and wondering if they're awake. They were all out cold. He decided that Eiji was the least of a threat of getting shot or hit so Niko started to try and shake him awake. After a few seconds Eiji slowly opened his eyes and groaned. "What happened?" He asked, "who are you?!" "Hi! Im Niko, and I found you guys just laying here in front of my house. Can you help me wake your friends and we can go inside and figure out what happened?" Eiji nodded and went over to Ash. Niko went to the second least scary person there and started to wake Ibe up. Eiji got Ash up and Ash kicked Blanca to wake him up. Niko could tell Ash didn't trust him, but he understood. Once they were all up Niko lead them to his house and they went inside. Dagger had run off after Niko told him to stop barking. He now had them sitting on his couch. "Ok! Nice to meet you! Im Niko Makeni, and i found you guys outside my house. Do you know how that might have happened?" They all shook their heads. Ash spoke up first, "I just remember doing what I normally do then waking up here" they all agreed with what Ash said. "Ok... do you have a way to get back to where you live?" Niko asked, but before any of them could answer Dagger busted in and barked again. All of their eyes widened and Eiji and Ibe started to freak out. "Wolf!" Eiji yelled hiding behind Ash who pulled out a gun and pointed it at Dagger. Niko quickly jumped in between the gun and his best friend yelling. "Woah! Woah! Woah! Put the gun down please!" "What?! Its a wolf!" -Ash "Thats my wolfdog Dagger, he looks like a wolf but acts more like a dog. Please don't shoot him." Ash put the gun down and huffed. Niko breathed a sigh of relief and thanked Ash. He then turned to Dagger who was barking every few seconds. "Whats wrong boy? Is there more people here?" Dagger then ran to the door and looked back showing that he wanted Niko to follow. "Dagger wants me to follow him, there are others here. I don't know how long i will be so you can either stay here, but don't wreck the place, or come with me" they all decided to stick together and follow Niko. They followed Dagger out the back door and into the woods. The trees weren't too close together but if you didn't know your way you could definitely get lost. A minute of walking through the woods brought them to a clearing with a small creek and a few people sprawled out across the ground. "Do you know them?" Niko asked gesturing towards the new people. Their eyes widened different amounts and then they all went forward to wake them up. Ash Immediately went to Skipper and Shorter with wide teary eyes. (They did die but i brought them back for this story) Ibe went to wake Max, Blanca went to wake Yut-Lung, and Eiji went to Sing. Once everyone was awake they all started focusing on Shorter and Skipper forgetting about Niko. He didn't mind because he knew what happened. Niko just silently sat on a low tree branch petting Dagger who was sitting next to him. It took a minute before Skipper noticed him and stopped to stare at Niko. "Theres a guy and a wolf over there." He said pointing at Niko and Dagger. Everyone turned to him and the ones who saw him before seemed to just remember him taking them there. "Hi! I'm Niko, and this is Dagger" he said pointing at Dagger. "We should go back to my place nearby then we can talk"
