Violets POV

After Calum had asked me to meet the guys he was writing songs with, I couldn't help but be excited and nervous all at the same time. I mean I was happy Calum was finding people at college and everything.

He told me that they were all meeting up at a coffee shop. He asked me to come so I can meet the boys he had been hanging out with. I was so excited to meet them. I was nervous though. I  wanted them to like me. I was Calums best friend. He was like a brother to me.

So I agreed and decided to change before we left. I changed into ripped jeans, A tan teddy jacket and a clean white shirt. Of course I had to wear my clean white sneakers. They were my favorite. Then I pulled my gold locket from under my shirt so it laid on my shirt.

"Cal, do you need a jacket or anything? I have some of your hoodies over here!" I shouted to him from my room. I always had some of his hoodies. Only a few. He let me wear then sometimes and I kept them for if he ever needed them when he was here.

"No thanks Vi! You can keep stealing my clothes and pretending I gave them to you!" Right after the words left his mouth I heard his laugh. His laugh carried all the way to my room. It even made me smile.

I then walked back in there and nudged his shoulder. "I do not steal your hoodies Cal! You let me have two of them and you know you did!" I protested.

He just chuckled and slung his arm over my shoulder. "Whatever you say Vi." He then led me to his car and we started making our way to the coffee shop. Considering it was a Friday in Paris. Traffic wasn't too bad. I knew it would get worse though with the weekend approaching.

On the way to the coffee shop we had one of our favorite songs on. 'This Love' By Maroon5. I loved the song and so did Cal.

Eventually we finally arrived at the coffee shop. I suddenly was more anxious than I was before. He said that their were three boys.

Luke, Ashton and Micheal.

When we walked in I sat down next to Calum and then looked at the boys in front of me. They were all vibrant and full of life. You could just tell.

"Hey guys." Calum smiled at his friends from across the table. Then he took it upon himself to introduce me. "This is Violet. Who I was telling you about." He spoke with a smile.

Then when I looked up I was met with beautiful sky blue eyes, and a flashing smile to go with it. The energy was contagious. I couldn't help but flush. He was handsome. Then my eyes traveled to his lip ring.  It looked really good on him. "Hi Violet, Im Luke." He spoke so kindly.

"It's really nice to meet you Luke. I was really anxious to meet all of you." I said with a slight laugh behind it.

"Don't worry darling, We aren't that bad." I heard the words spoke from the other side of the table. Moving my eyes towards the other man. His smile was so warm. I couldn't help but admire it. His hair was fluffy and messy but he made it look good.

I returned his warm smile. Before I could reply the last man spoke up. "What shit did Calum tell you to make you be so anxious?" He spoke with a contagious laugh.

Then Calum broke a laugh out and soon everyone joined in. "Oh shut up asshat. I didn't tell her anything bad!" He couldn't stop laughing and no one could really.

Then the boy with the warm smile spoke up again after his laughter died down. "Anyway, Im Ashton." He spoke and held his hand out. I shook it. Then the boy who kept bickering back and forth playfully with Calum spoke up again. "Oh yeah. Im Micheal." He smiled.

Then we all ordered coffee and we talked for what seemed like hours. It was nice. They were all really funny and kind. I was so happy that Calum made good friends. He deserved it and I was just happy for him.

After we all were talking for a bit suddenly they came up with a few questions of their own. "So Violet, What are you majoring in?" Ashton questioned with a smile.

I swallowed my drink and smiled. "Well I am a Art Major." I couldn't help but smile when the words left my mouth. I was actually proud of myself for it.

"Wow thats really cool. So you want to be a world known artist" Questioned Luke with a slightly raised eyebrow and a bright smile.

I let out a small laugh. "Honestly, I mean if that is an option in the long run it would be an amazing opportunity but I really just want to become a Artist to share my work with others and maybe inspire them as well." I answered in all honesty.

I did not need to be famous. That was never the goal.

I saw Calum smile and sling his arm around me. "She will be. She might not want to be but she will. I know she will. She is just too kind to admit it." He said with a shrug of his shoulders.

I looked at Calum and stuck my tongue out playfully like a little kid and everyone smiled and laughed.

When we were all finally done I got up to go throw my cup away. When I was headed towards the trashcan in the coffee shop, I was suddenly met with a hard shoulder into mine. The shoulder knocked into me and made the remaining coffee in my cup spill onto my clean white shirt. I was so upset. I wasn't going to lie. I had just recently got this shirt.

"You really need to watch where your going." I heard a thick English accent speak up.

When I looked up at the man who had bumped into me, I realized I had seen him before. At this same coffee shop, and in the same situation. I remember him. Though I really couldn't focus on his words. I didn't know what to say. So I just looked at him dumb found.

Until I heard his words again. Then I was snapped back into reality.

"Are you just going to stand there and stare at me?" He questioned me.
