Nicholas' POV;
The silence within the sinister cemetery welcomed us as we entered. We followed the one path that loops around the whole cemetery. Everything was nearly dark, we only relied on the flashlight on our phones to light our way to my father's grave.
"Nick? Where is it again? I always forget where your father's burial site is whenever we go here" I also get lost when visiting here
"Uhmmm, a bit more over there"
The amount of crosses found in this cemetery is creeping me out; every corner in this cemetery is filled with many burial sites.
"Nick, I think that's it," I see the gravestone of my father and the flowers I left him before.
"Oh wait, what's this?..." I spotted flowers in my father's grave
"Nick, did you forget that you brought Sampaguita for your father last time?" Oh, the sampaguita flowers from before.
It was my father's death anniversary and I decided to visit him that afternoon, I was finding a flower stand to buy flowers for him. The sky was gloomy that day with no sun to see, the wind was cold as the wind from the northern breeze.
I saw this old man by the dusty sidewalk sitting, he was holding Sampaguita flowers, and then I asked him how much it was. The man looked so tired and I felt the obligation to help him. I bought most of his flowers and the look on his face was enough to lift me up that day. I went inside the cemetery and at last glance, I saw the smiling face of the old man.
"Oi Nick, light up the candle now. I don't have a lighter okay, so you do it"
"Just wait, I'm coming there"
I went close and lit up the candle we bought earlier on our way here. The breeze then stopped and the area around us became motionless. The three of us then did our prayers, I closed my eyes and a moment of silence then secluded us.
Hello Pa, I'm here again. I wanted to talk to you before I move tomorrow . Many have happened since the last time I visited. I was able to enter UP which was one of my dreams and yours also, Pa. Mi and Felix got in too, I was very excited to go with them to university. And also Pa, I had that dream again. The one with the boy in the castle, the one who he tried to jump off. I dreamt of it again which is very weird for me. I don't really believe in "signs" in dreams; maybe someday, I'll get the answer . I hope you're doing great there Pa, I'll try my best everyday and also find the justice I've wanted for you . I hope that will be soon, take care Pa.
After my prayers, I felt lonesome for some reason. I opened my eyes and looked at my back and saw no one. Where can those two be?
"Mi! Felix! It's getting dark. No time for playing!" I called out, there is no response in return.
I saw this light shine on the corner, a couple and I then approached it. I see Mi and Felix watching at someone, I then whispered to them
"Hey, wacha watching there?". Then I saw the shook faces of the two, "Hey, quiet" the two said. I see this guy with a hoodie holding a rose; he has his phone's flashlight on.
After a while, he notices me, and yes, ME ONLY. The light of the flashlight is shoved to my face and blinded me
"Who is there? Come out!" he shouted and is now alerted of our presence
I think our stalking has made him angry, and then I remembered something about this part of the cemetery. Wait, is he?-
"Nick! Is that you there?" the guy recognized me, I think it is him
