Ikiruma's POV;
It's getting very dim right now. The clouds turned ash gray and birds settling down on the branches of the large narra tree. It is indeed tranquil here, I wonder what will my life be here-away from the house which filled me with unsettling and uneasy thoughts. I'm looking forward to it.
I can see our car from here, better hurry up now
"Ryu, let's get going now fast"
"Yeah yeah, it's getting dark fast" We continued walking and see Mr. Servus outside the car waiting for us.
"Mr. Servus, can we stop by the cemetery. Ryu is going there; I want to give him a ride" I asked as the car doors opened up for us
"Sure, let's get going now. It's getting dark" We went inside the car and swiftly made our way
"So Ryu, why are you going to the cemetery today?"just curious, okay?
"Uhmm... I'm gonna visit my mom, It's been a while since I've visited her" I see
"Oh, why not we stop by a flower shop to buy her some flowers"
"Oh yes, you have the best ideas, Seishii. Let's stop by the flower shop right by the corner over there" why did I suggest this, we're gonna be of schedule
We then went on and stopped by the flower shop. We both went out of the car and inside the flower shop to check on some nice-looking flowers.
"I haven't been in a flower shop, so this is a first for me" I couldn't imagine the hundreds of flowers right there. I can see roses and tulips that I can just see in photos before. It's quite an experience to be here. I have been so isolated before, I'm so overwhelmed with this place
"Seishii, what you're looking for over there?" Ryu asked, I'm not really sure on picking flowers; there's just many kinds of it
"Oh what? I mean nothing, nothing. I'm just amazed by this place and the flowers" I said.
A saleslady approached me,
"Sir, do you have anything you like from the flowers here?" I got startled as she asked
What? Wait, wait. I don't know what to reply. Ughhh...
"Maam, is there another color of this flower?" The saleslady went to Ryu and left me. I'm safe for now.
"Seishii! I have the flowers now, let's go now" Ryu called me, I'm not really good with people
"Yeah, let's get going now" We went out and entered the car
"Let's get going now, gentlemen" We drove off going to the cemetery, the car at full speed
"Ryu, what flower did you get your mother?" I asked him, just to start a topic. I only do this "starting a topic" with Ryu, its just awkward for me
"Well, I decided on getting her two roses and other random flowers"-
"And by the way, the saleslady gave me this flower to give you" wait, that saleslady?
"Oh really? What flower is it?" I asked, out of curiosity
"Uhmmm... I don't know what kind of flower this is" he showed the flower from the plastic it was in
"Sir, that's a Sampaguita flower. It's native here in the Philippines. It's mostly sold by small children. The last time I saw someone sell this was when we passed by Intra-" What was the last thing he said? a nearby truck beeped at that very moment and I didn't hear it clearly...
