Chapter 9

"Hello boys"

"Jackie?!!" Professor Kristean and the Dean said at the same time shock written on their face. I can't blame them, she's really pretty and has an English accent
"Hello boys, miss me?" She asked in a motherly manner, like she knew and used to take care of them before
"Why do y'all look so surprised? " She asked confused
"Well it's nothing, right Justin I mean Jason, yeah Jason" The Dean tried lying
"Yeah nothing, nothing really" Professor Kristean said trying to play along
"I took care of you for over 10 years I know when you're lying so now tell me what's wrong, who's on the brink of life and death?" She asked confused
"Well firstly, there's no life or death matter" Jason started
"And I told them we are married" Justin continued making himself visible again
"Justin?!" She asked puzzled
"Who said you could come out" Kristean asked
"Just let it out there, I like that" Jeremy said
"Well if it's Justin who's dying I'm off then" She replied angrily
"Wait" I called out
"And who might you be" She asked glaring at me and all of a sudden all the courage I could muster disappeared
"Firstly no ones dying, we needed you here as fast as possible and he's Finn's incarnate" Professor Kristean intervened
"Well why do I care ?" She asked
"You might want to have a seat" Professor Kristean said
******** After a few minutes ********
"So you're telling me that I was called all the way from Australia so that I could take you to my father, why didn't you just call him?" She asked making us all look like dumb asses
"I told them not to call you" Professor Kristean said
"Well what had you suggested ?"She asked turning to Justin
"Uhm, I wasn't given a chance to state my opinion before they came to a conclusion" He said looking at his feet like they were the most important things in this world
"That's unlike you, considering you like forcing your opinions on people" She shot back
"You know this is not about you guys but about Finn and Kevin right ?" Professor Kristean asked sounding bored
"Fine let's assume I'm not mad at you for calling me all the way here, I don't know where my father is" She said
"Wait what ?" We all asked at once
"Now, now, calm down. I never said I can't find him I'm just saying I don't know where he is at the moment" She said
"What's the difference, we're back to where we started" Justin shot back
"You know I'm beginning to lose interest in assisting you" She shot back
"I'm sure he didn't mean it" Kristean said trying to calm her down while Jeremy sat on his chair spinning around like a little child with a ball in his hand
"You're calm" I said facing him
"Why shouldn't I be ? I mean, our dear brother Justin can perform a locator spell on her father with her blood and all we need to do is wait for her to bring him" He finished with a smirk
"Why didn't you think of that before ?" Justin asked Kristean
"Maybe because I was too busy trying to get you both to quiet down for a bit" He shot back glaring at Justin.
"Ok, who shoved a stick up your ass" Justin teased and Jackie laughed
"Oh that's funny, let's see how well you laugh when I detach your heads from your neck" He said glaring at both Justin and Jackie
"Just perform the spell and let's get on with it" Jeremy said sounding irritated already
"Fine" Justin said, streching his hands out to Jackie
"What?!" She asked looking at him cautiously
"Well I need to find your father" He said making sure to add an additional stress to "your"
"You could have said so" She shot back
Then he closed his eyes and mumbled a few words and after a few minutes he opened his eyes and mumbled something
"Alright that's where we'll go" Kristean said
"And where is that?" Jeremy and I asked at the same time
"Pack your bags boys and girls for we're headed to Atlanta, Georgia" Justin said with a grin
Well this is nice, I never thought I would be traveling again this soon. I better start packing, but then I remembered I have to say goodbye again to my new friends and I didn't even get to spend some time with Beatrice. Urgh I hate traveling, I just hope we get back soon
"Well I suppose I have to start packing then" I say
"Hold up, where do you think you're going little boy ?" Justin asked looking at me like I had grown a pair of horn
"I thought I was going with you when you said "boys and girls" I say looking at him with confusion
"Well this one's stupid" Jackie said with irritation
"I was talking about Jackie and Kristean silly" He said flicking my forehead
"Wait so I'm not coming with you guys ?" Jeremy asked looking shocked
"Uhm, obviously Sherlock. If you come with us who's going to look after the school ?" Kristean asked looking at Jeremy like he's an idiot and I suppose he felt like one right now
"I guess I'll head back to my room then" I said
"Yeah" Kristean said
Well that went out well seeing as we're close to finding an answer, while walking I meet Emma talking and showing Beatrice her dorm.
Walking over to them I shout "hey girls" they turn and look at me and as soon as Beatrice sees me she rush into her dorm and Emma looked puzzled but come to meet me half way
"Hey Kev, so what's with you and the Dean ?" She asked
"Well it's quite a long story so I guess we should get Kat and Matt" I suggest knowing when I see them tomorrow I will get asked the same question and I really don't hope to repeat myself again tomorrow
"Ok, I will text them right away" She says
After walking for a while and talking about her day we shot and sit in the students lounge area and wait for Matt and Kat, after a while I spot them coming over and it seems they're arguing over something again
"Hey guys" They say at the same time
"Jinx" They both say
"Double jinx" They say again
"If you don't stop this instant I will hit you so hard you'll wish you never knew the word "jinx" " Emma said sounding frustrated already
"Oh hey Kev didn't see you there" Kat said with a small wave
"Pay no heed to her, she gets blind by the day" Matt said with a chuckle earning a glare from Kat while Emma shook her head
"Would you mind telling us the deal you have with the Dean and His brother" Emma asked
"Yeah and that new hottie that was floating in the sky" Kat said
"I'm not supposed to say this" I said
"We promise to keep our mouth sealed" Matt said and like clockwork we all looked at him.
"Can you?" Kat asked teasingly.
"Well that cute hottie is the Dean's other brother, his name is Justin Kyleaviskar and he's a witch" I say
"So he's also immortal or what ?" Kat asked
"Obviously dumbass" Matt said
"Urgh, will you let him finish ?" Emma said glaring at the both of them
"Well, like I said he's their brother and yes he's immortal"
"Well why show up now" Matt asked
"Well we called him cause we need his assistance" I say
"When you say we, what do you mean ?" Matt asked
"Well apparently, the Dean's blood can make a person immortal and so a long time ago he decided to share his immortality with his brothers and a friend of theirs and everything was fine till Justin decided to make a spell on how to reverse immortality and after a few tries their friend volunteered to be a lab rat for his experiment but the spell didn't work as planned and it cursed the friend. When he dies his subconscious will wait one hundred years before entering a new body of his bloodline but he will remain dormant untill he is released" I tried summarizing
"How does that affect you ?" Matt asked
"You're from his bloodline" Emma said
"Yes, I'm from the blood line of that friend and it's been a hundred since the body he was in last died and so......"
"And so he's in you" Kat said
"Wow, that's huge, so they think that this new brother can release him and set him free" Emma said
"Yes, only he won't be set free literally, his subconscious will merge with mine" I explain
"Oh my gosh" Kat gasped
"Wow that's cool, so you'll be like a teenager with very old memories" Matt said
"No, it's overbearing you idiot" Kat said smacking him from behind
"Yes I would"
"So what are you then ?" Emma asks
"A seer". I replied
"What's that ?" Kat asks looking confused
"Technically, I can see what's happening a thousand miles away" I explain
"That's super crazy, so what's happening now in the White House ?" Matt asks looking like a child that was given permission to go and play outside "But how are you going to learn that, we don't have a professor for that ?" Emma asks
"I don't know yet" I say, now that I think of it, I really don't know how I'm supposed to learn all those things without someone to teach me. And then I hear a voice in my head and recognize it as Finn's
A seer's ability is far more than just those things and worry yourself not with how you will learn them for I will teach you. he says reassuringly, as he is done I hear Kristean voice in my head saying the light is going to get turned off soon and I bet I was not the only one that heard that
"I have to get used to that" Matt said still holding his head with his left hand
"As would I" Kat said, agreeing with him
