I honestly didn't know what to do. It has been a week since everything happened and he's still trying to call me and text me. I want to just block him but then i don't.

There's a big party going on tonight and Stephanie wants me to go with her. I mean it will be good for me to have some fun. But I know he will be there so I'll just stick with Stephanie and avoid him.

I wore one of my favorite outfits. It was super cute. I put eyeliner on and me and Stephanie left to go to the party. When we walked in I saw Jack and liv sitting next to each other on the couch. I didn't look at them, but I could see them in the corner of my eye. We said our hellos to everyone and went to the kitchen to get some drinks. All the sudden everyone was cheering to play beer pong. The host of the party got to pick everyone's partners. I got put with a guy named gage, he was actually so cute. He had the grunge style and vibe.when I first got to this school I had a mini crush on him. The funny thing is that Jack hates him. They have been enemies for years. Then all I heard was that Jack got to pick his partner because he was the hosts best friend, guess who he picked, liv.

Gage was kinda quite and shy but I like that about him. We started talking and he got more comfortable with me. He was actually quite funny and really nice. I always thought he would be a jerk but he's actually nice and caring. We started playing beer pong and we were doing pretty good. We were getting super hype cause we beat everyone that we had played. I could feel Jack staring at me and gage so I looked over at him and he was giving gage dirty looks. I just rolled my eyes and kept messing around with gage.

We ended beer pong and I sat on the couch with gage. We were talking about some of our favorite singers and bands. He actually had a really good music taste, he liked a lot of the songs I liked. He pulled out his earbuds and handed me one. I put the earbud in and he was playing nirvana, which we both liked. He laid down on the couch, which I had to lay down to since we were connected with the earbuds. The couch was kinda small for the both of us to lay so I rested my head on his chest and the rest of my body pressed up against him. It was 3 in the morning and we were tired from partying all night. I listened to the music, but I also listened to his breathing. He seemed so calm, it made me feel safe. I fell asleep.

I started waking up and gage was carrying me. All the sudden I see Jack run towards us and nudge gage in the shoulder. "What are you doing with her" Jack said as he pushed gage. "What the fuck man! She fell asleep so I was taking her to the guest bedroom" gage said. "you taking her in the room to fuck her" Jack said as gage laid me down on the bed. "No! I don't take advantage of girls like you do. Maybe if you didn't cheat on her with your ex she would be falling asleep on you and not me" gage said. "She fell asleep on you?" Jack said. I knew he was jealous because I could never fall asleep on him when we first started dating. "Yea why" gage questioned. "Nothing. Just let me talk to her" "no, she doesn't want to talk to you asshole" gage said and shoved him out of the room and closed the door. "I'm sorry" "your fine, thanks for sticking up for me" I said laying down on the bed. "No problem, also is it ok if I sleep in the bed with you? I don't really want to sleep on that musty couch" gage questioned. "Yea idc" I said rolling over. I heard him take his shoes off and then he took his shirt off.  He had tattoos on his chest. "Those are really pretty" "yea, after I lost my mom I got them in memory of her" he said. "Aww that's really sweet and I'm so sorry" I said and then noticed he had a scratch on his shoulder. " what's that" I asked. He looked at his shoulder. "Um I don't really know" "omg it's from Jack, his ring must of cut you" I said. "It's fine it will heal" "no let me put something on it. Also sorry about the whole Jack thing, He's a dick" I said as I got up and went to go ask for a bandage and Acetone to clean it. "It's ok, I've always know he was a dick. But honestly I just feel bad for what he's put you through" gage said. "Wait how do you know all of this?" I asked. "This is kinda embarrassing. But when you first got to the school I thought you were so pretty but then I found out you were dating Jack. And then last week in class you seemed sad and I asked Stephanie what was wrong and she told me what happened. Stephanie's my best friend and she knew I liked you, that's why she told me" he said as he laid down. He looked so hot with his black messy hair and his shirt off. "Aw looks like i have a secret admirer. And I thought you were cute when I first got here to. Well you still are cute. But I'm going to go find cleaner" I said walking out of the room. I was blushing at the fact that he seemed to care about me so much and I barely knew him. Jack came up to me and goes "why are you blushing" "oh we just had sex, I accidentally scratched him while doing it and now I'm getting a bandage" I said and smiled at him. He looked into the room and saw the scratch and that gage was shirtless, I think he believed me. I could see Jack was hurt, I didn't care. He didn't say anything and walked away. I got cleaner and bandages and when I walked back into the room gage was sleeping. I tried not to wake him up and sat next to him on the bed and cleaned the scratch. I put the bandaid on and noticed his tattoo again. It was an owl. I traced over the detailed lines with my fingers touching his skin. "My mom loved owls" he said in a raspy voice. I jumped back a little bit cause he scared me, I didn't realize he woke up. I was kind of embarrassed. "Oh sorry I didn't mean to wake you up" "your fine" he said and looked into my eyes. He placed his hand on the side of my face and rubbed my check with his thumb. His rings were cold on my face but I didn't mind. He leaned in and kissed me, I kissed him back. "Is this okay?" "Yea" I said and went back to kissing him. We laid down and he fell asleep but I kept overthinking. I hated Jack but I still had a little bit of feeling for him especially after everything we've been through. But now I'm starting to like gage. You know what fuck Jack, he cheated. I'm just going to forget about him and see how things are with gage.
