Yoongi's Point of View:
Waking up is the worst part of my day, but today was seemingly worse. My back and neck feel tight, which is probably from sleeping in a bad position. When I look down, I see that my skin is clammy, and cold sweat beading down from my forehead. I also feel very tired, more than what I usually am. I hope it's not what I think it is, I'm too young to die!
Jungkook: "Yoongi-hyung! It's time for breakfast! We are having bacon, waffles, and boiled eggs!" I hear Jungkook call out loudly.
Just thinking of those greasy foods makes me want to vomit, even though they are my favorite. I decide to stick with a bowl of cereal and keep moving.
At the table, everyone is talking about random things, like the album, other idols, and whatnot. After we finish eating, I get my gym bag from the dining room and head out the door to get in the van. This is going to be a long day...
****After Dance and Singing Practice.****
After a total of 6 hours of practice, I feel worn out. But I still need to work on my 2 special Christmas edition songs for our mini album. The pain is really getting bad, and I keep wondering what is wrong with me.
Maybe overexertion? Or maybe just an irregular heartbeat syndrome. But then, I think back about when I was somewhere around or close to 9 years old...
****FLASHBACK TO THE PAST****
I walked to school like I always did, but my chest hurt. I went to mom and she said it was 'probably growing pains' which I have no idea what they are.
When I walk into school, my back and neck hurt even more than my chest. But mom said I was fine, so I hid my pain and ignored it.
As soon as I got to Ms. Song's classroom, I felt as if I was going to pass out. But I still believe in what mom said because 'mothers know best' as she says.
Ms. Song: "Yoongi! Wake up and answer the question. I have been asking for the last 5 minutes!"
I jolt awake to the sound of my teacher yelling at me. My heart beats so loud, I thought the whole world could hear me, but then I just see black. When I wake up, I'm in a hospital and mom explains that I had a heart attack.
****END OF FLASHBACK****
I feel my heart beating out of my chest. I think I should get to the hospital before it gets worse. I wish I knew that I should have stayed in my office instead of going to the dorm.
Namjoon's Point of View:
When I woke up, I couldn't wait to surprise Yoongi on his birthday today. We have streamers and fun decorations all over the house. We have a plan, in which Jin leads Yoongi in, and then pretends to 'go and get something before they meet the boys' which signals us to hide. This is going to go so well!
Jin's Point of View:
When it turns 4 pm, I head out to the studio quarters to find Yoongi just around the corner. I run up to him and he holds his chest dramatically. I laugh and take him to the car for the surprise.
Maknae Line's Point of View:
When we get home from practice, we go into our rooms to work on our English spelling and pronunciation. We were so excited about the surprise party, that we couldn't focus on anything else.
Jungkook: "Guys, we need to work on our English for our international fans." Jimin-hyung and Taehyung-hyung nod and get back to studying.
Taehyung: I try and focus, but it's all hard not to squeal over the fact that it's my first time helping throw a surprise party. Because I was an only child, I never got to throw parties for others.
Jimin: As I'm studying, I wonder how Yoongi is going to react when we surprise him. Maybe he'll try and stay cool, or maybe jump up and down with his gummy smile! If I were him, this would be my best birthday ever!
Hoseok and Namjoon's Point of View:
Hoseok: "When is he coming? I am so excited! What if something goes wrong?? Nah, nothing will happen, right? "Namjoon, what if something happens to Yoongi-hyung?"
Namjoon: "I don't know, hyung. It will probably go smooth and according to plan, and everyone will be happy." I wonder why he asked this question. The surprise party will be fun, exciting, and have everything anyone could want in a birthday party.
Hoseok: "Okay! Just, asking for your opinion. :)" Now that I have the leader's opinion, I feel calmer now.
Jin's Point of View:
When we get inside the dorm, I blindfold Yoongi temporarily so everyone can hide. I ask him to make sure, "Can you see anything?"
Yoongi: "No, I told you when we got to the driveway already. Why am I blindfolded again?"
Me: "Because I have a surprise for you! So calm down, grumpy 'Lil meow meow."
Yoongi: "Don't call me that, hyung. Thank you very much, mirror-obsessed-man." Why the hell does he love mirrors so much?? I'm not even that obsessed with pillows and blankets...
Me: "Now don't get too comfortable calling me that. I am still your hyung so be respectful, kid." I see him roll his eyes under the blindfold, which makes me laugh. I walk him down the entrance stairs, and then stop him. "Open your eyes!!"
Yoongi: I hear some whispers before he tells me to open my eyes, so I take off the cover to see nothing but some streamers, lights, and a large box which seems to be from the Guava Bakery, so it's probably a cake. Then I remember, it's my birthday. Please don't surprise me, please don't...
BTS (Without Yoongi): "HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIRTHDAY, YOONGI!!! YAAAAY!" After we yell out happy birthday, Yoongi just stares at us with shaky eyes and sweat dribbling down his body.
We thought he was about to cry or something, but he grabs his chest, reaches his right hand out to us, then falls on the ground hitting his head on the floor, crying out in pain. What's happening to him? Is he just joking around or is he really hurt??
Jin: "Yoongi, are you okay?!?! If you're joking, please get up and tell us!!"
Hoseok: " I don't think he's okay. Maybe he's having a heart attack.." I really hope it's not a heart attack. He's too young to die.
Maknaes: "NO! This can't be happening!!" We started crying. It can't be that, right?
Namjoon: "Well, don't just stand there! Hoseok, call the ambulance, and Jin comfort him! Y'all three go and wait for the ambulance." Everyone nods, and go do what I told them. I will make sure everyone is in order and nothing else happens. This was a horrible party.
****At The Hospital****
Author's Point of View:
At the hospital, only Namjoon went with Yoongi who eventually went unconscious because he had shortness of breath. The boys hope that nothing else goes wrong. Well, that hope is going to be shattered in a few moments.
When the rest of the boys get there, Yoongi has gone into a cardiac seizure (sort of like a heart attack and a seizure combined. It looks pretty scary, but I'll leave that to your imagination for what it looks like.)

In the end, Yoongi spent his birthday in the hospital, which wasn't fun until his dear members came and celebrated with him, making the experience a whole lot better. Although Yoongi is staying in the hospital, he is much happier when the rest of BTS is with him.
