"Incoming!" Tiny shouted. Without another warning, he threw a snowball towards his best friends. Looking up, Princess quickly moved out of the way in time. Pickles, on the other, was too late. The ball of snow struck him in the left shoulder, shattering upon impact. The force behind the flying projectile was enough to make the young kid crash into the snow. Being a good sport about it, Pickles laughed happily and started making a snow dog angel. Laughing, Tiny and Princess were about to join him when they heard their mothers calling them.

"Tiny! Come inside!"

"Oh Princess!"

"Pickles! Get out of the snow before you catch a cold!"

"Okay Mom!" all three kids shouted. Brushing snow off their pants and coats and out of their fur, the trio made their way down the backyard. Trudging through the snow beside his pals, Tiny asked, "So, where are you guys going for Christmas vacation?" Skipping cheerfully, Princess remarked, "Oh, my family is going to Tokyo for the holidays!"

"Lucky. Mine is going to see my grandparents in Colorado," Pickles mumbled glumly. He sounded so crestfallen while saying that. Patting his friend reassuringly on the back, Tiny pointed out, "Hey, at least you're not going to London. It's the most boring and gloomy place in the world." Both Princess and Pickles cringed when they heard his announcement. Hugging Tiny, Princess whimpered, "May God have pity on your soul Tiny."

"Thanks Princess," Tiny murmured, hugging her in return. The two wagged their tails in unison. Parting from the embrace, he waved goodbye to his friends and ran to his back door. His mother was waiting. Smiling softly at her youngest son, Gidget scooped him up into her arms as she asked, "Did you have fun?"

"Yeah... I just wish it could last longer," Tiny replied. Sighing, he continued, "I don't want to go to London." Carrying her son inside, Gidget closed the back door behind her as she explained, "Look, I know you're not excited about our trip. But it's the holidays, a time where we spend time with family and friends. You want to spend time with your family and friends, right?" When Tiny nodded his head, his mother smiled and kissed him on his forehead. Booping him on his nose, she remarked, "Speaking of which, let's go spend time with them right now."

"Okay Momma," Tiny replied, wagging his tail as he nuzzled his mother lovingly while she walked them out to the living room.
