Mommy, Daddy!
Oh, look outside!
Big snowflakes are falling
It is time for car ride
Put on our coats and hats
In car we have a chat
To Christmas farm we go
Where dark green pine trees grow
We watch for big red sign
Pine trees grow in a line
"Look, there's the farm," I shout
We park car and pour out
Our hearts fill up with glee
As we hunt for our tree
First tree is way too tall
Next one is way too small
This tree is way too wide
This tree bends to the side
Next tree is very thick
This tree looks like toothpick
Then suddenly we spy
A tree that stands nearby
Quite quickly we agree
This is our Christmas tree
Tied up on our car's dome
We take tree to our home
Stood up in red tree stand
Our tree looks very grand
White tree skirt laid around
Looks just like snowy ground
Lights through tall tree are thread
Yellow, blue, green and red
Let long white garland flow
White strands look just like snow
Next, we hang pretty things
Some sparkle when they swing
On tip-top of our tree
A special glow we see
Although it took awhile
Everyone wears a smile
In cold snowy weather
We all worked together
Our Christmas tree now shines
And through our hearts warmth twines
