It was the next day when the three girls were giving Neveah the proper tour of the school,

Which basically meant showing her everything that nobody wanted her to see at the school.

"So this is the end of the tour basically," June explained as they arrived back at the front entrance of the school,

"This place is more fucked than I thought," Lillian mumbled to herself noticing that where Cassie landed was now spotless,

To the naked eye, someone didn't fall and land on the ground just days before.

"June we need to go," Elizabeth reminded the girl,

It was time for the students to get their story straight.

"I'll see you later for dinner?" Lillian asked the Irish girl who nodded,

"See you then," Elizabeth smiled before walking off with the English girl.

"So," Lillian trailed off as it was now just the two girls by themselves,

"How'd you get into the school?" Neveah asked as she swore she recognised her last name,

"Probably had something to do with Mason," the Rhodes shrugged knowing that he was the reason she was there.

"Who?" The new girl asked as she didn't have a clue who she was talking about,

"Oh my father, he found out that I hadn't got a response from the school and became the main donor to this place." Lillian wasn't proud of her father's money but it was a lot better than going to some public school.

"The rest is history." She added not wanting to get into the whole story as to why she was there,

"Do you not like your father?" Neveah understood where the girl was coming from but there was just something that didn't sit right with her,

And she was going to find out what it was eventually.

Lillian found herself in one of the quieter studios as she tried to rehearse the number that she got before her injury,

She was assigned the number with 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐁 𝐖𝐈𝐂𝐊 and despite the commonalities between the two they never seemed to get along,

And it didn't help that Mr Costa blame their chemistry or lack thereof for the girl's injury.

"If you can't trust your partner you'll get hurt,"

"Come on," Lillian groaned to herself as she tried to attempt the final move not noticing who was now watching.

Oren was stood by the door watching how she got herself into the music,

He had been so busy staring that he didn't realise she had fallen until she let out a painful cry.

"Shit, you okay?" He asked as he ran to her side noticing that she landed on the ankle that she had just hurt,

"Splendid," Lillian responded in a sarcastic tone practically wanted to hit the boy,

'Thank god he's cute because he sure is stupid' she thought to herself as the older boy examined her foot.

"What are you doing?" The girl wanted to scream as Oren picked her up off the ground,

"I'm taking you to the Wrench, this looks painful." He explained grabbing her duffle bag off of the ground as Lillian wrapped her arms around his neck,

"You drop me and I will kill you, Lennox," she warned as the boy smiled,

"Don't tempt me, Rhodes," he joked before getting her out of the studio and on her way to the physio's office.

Oren paced around the gym as they waited for the scan results for Lillian's ankle,

"Why are you here Oren?" Lillian barely ever called him by his first name unless she was annoyed or confused,

"Because I'm worried about your foot." Nobody could deny the talent that the Rhodes girl had, it was something that most dancers dreamed of at her age.

"You don't need to be, it will be fine." 𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐀 𝐑𝐇𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐒 had always installed the message that 'everything happens for a reason' on the children, and Lillian believed it.

"But what if it's not?" The boy always seemed to get into his head about everything,

But recently the Rhodes girl found herself being the centre of his attention.

"I'll cross that bridge when I get to it, don't you have a girlfriend to be around," Lillian swore that it wasn't her feelings for the boy but it always seemed that the couple were attached by the hip,

"You jealous Rhodes?" Oren smirked as the girl shook her head,

"I'd rather slit my wrists." Everyone knew that Lillian had a fucked up sense of humour,

And only three people found it slightly funny.

"I think I should stick around more often then." He joked as he made his way over to the girl sitting in the seat next to her,

"The good news is that you've just landed funnily on it, but I want you resting that foot as much as possible. And if it's hurt you come to me." The Wrench explained as he walked back in to see that he was interrupting what seemed to be a moment between the dancers.

Lillian was busy making herself a mug of hot chocolate in the kitchen as she heard a group of students whispering about something,

"You okay, I heard about your ankle." Elizabeth walked up to her friend as she inspected the girl,

"I'm fine, nothing a bit of rest and an ice pack can't heal." Lillian brushed it off as she continued stirring her drink.

"Apparently Oren was your knight in shining armour." The Irish girl teased as she watched the girl turn a shade of pink,

"Oh, you have to tell me the details!" She added in a squeal as she was motioned to go quiet,

"Nothing happened and he wasn't a knight in shining armour." Lillian brushed it off not wanting to talk out in the open,

Gossip spread like wildfire in the school.

"There you two are!" June sounded as though she was out of breath as she found the girls,

"What's up?" The duo spoke at the same time wondering what was so important,

"Cassie didn't die," she explained as the roommates turned to each other,

Attempted murder was going to be one heck of a challenge for the school to keep quiet.
