Kageyama continued to strum his guitar, momentarily moving his arm away to turn up the speaker. "Why'd you only ever call me when your high!" The black haired boy sang, practically yelling the lyrics. This was usual for Kageyama. Turning the volume on his guitars speaker so loud that he had to yell over it just to make sure he got all the lyrics were correct with the bass. He gave one last strum to the strings, letting the sound echo throughout his apartment. After the sound died down, he flinched as a loud knock was heard on his front door.

Kageyama grumbled and sat his guitar down, getting up and sloppily walking towards his front door. He unlocked it and opened it just enough to peek his head out. "Hello?" He said. Kageyama was greeted with a very ugly and tall man known as Umazaki. The man owned this whole complex and often threatened evicting Kageyama, although it won't ever happen because the black haired boy actually pays his rent on time, unlike most. "Kageyama, I got another complaint. Turn your damn music down or go somewhere else to practice. I know it's your job n' all but Jesus Christ."

Kageyama rolled his eyes and sighed. "Fine fine, I'll turn it down for tonight. Sorry again." Umazaki sighed and pinched the spot between his eyes, glaring at Kageyama. The ugly, fat guy walked away, leaving Kageyama standing in his doorway. He eventually slammed his door and locked it once more, turning off the light. Kageyama had a tendency to turn off all the lights in his apartment and lie down on his futon, playing games on his phone or watching Netflix all night. He really needed to quit those habits.

The tall boy snatched his phone off his nightstand and laid down on the black, cold futon, pulling a large throw blanket over himself. He unlocked his phone and scrolled through his contacts, eventually clicking "Daichi Suwamura" and tapping the call button. The phone ran a few times before an audible cough was heard, then a hello. "Hey Daichi. I was wondering when the next concert was." Kageyama said into the phone, shifting uncomfortably on the futon. "Oh, hey Kageyama. It's in two weeks at the Yakushima National Park, it's the only reservation I could get." The other man said.

Kageyama sighed. "Kay, thanks. See ya then." Kageyama didn't let Daichi finish, instead, he just hung up. The black haired boy rubbed his head, feeling it throb. He's been having a lot of headaches recently ever since he stopped sleeping, mainly because he doesn't feel like it. Sugawara, a member of his band, said that it could be Insomnia or some sort of illness that's preventing him from sleeping. It's probably true, but Kageyama always pushes it out of his head. He honestly doesn't give two shits about sleeping. He feels like it just wastes time.

[5:30 A.M]

Kageyama finally turned his phone off before it was going to die. The sleep deprived male sloppily got up and stretched, popping his back and groaning. He walked into his bathroom and stared at himself in the mirror, slumping over and looking like he was dead. The bags under his eyes just got darker and darker with each night passing. The only time he gets sleep is when he accidentally drifts off, only to be awakened by the sounds of his phone.

Kageyama walked back out and took his clothes off, quickly changing into a white hoodie and black, ripped pants. He grabbed his backpack and shoved an emergency charger, his phone, wallet, and keys inside the backpack. He slung it over his shoulder and stepped over the piles of dirty clothes in his room, opening the front door to be greeted with multiple men moving boxes. Kageyama stood there, a bit stunned at how many people there were in the already cramped hallway. He guessed that someone had recently moved into the empty apartment next to him known as B4.

He pushed past multiple men and finally got to the stairs, quickly walking down them. Once he got to the bottom, he spotted Umazaki and an unfamiliar boy. He had orange hair and brown eyes, he was also super short. Looked about 5'6. Kageyama wasn't one to brag or anything, but he's only 24 and he's 6'1. "So your fine being next to that guitarist?" The fat man said, looking down at the redhead. "Yeah! Honestly I don't mind, my house was pretty noisy when I was little so I'm pretty used to it I guess."

Something went off in Kageyama's heart when he heard the boy talk, hearing his soft and angelic voice. Before he could move, Umazaki spotted him. "Oh, Kageyama. C'mere. This is your new neighbor, they're moving into B4." Kageyama slowly walked over to the two, looking down into the boys' chocolate brown eyes. "Hi, I'm Hinata Shoyo, your Kageyama correct?" 'Hinata' said with a wide smile on his face. "Uh... yeah. Kageyama Tobio."

Compared to Hinata's voice, Kageyama's was totally the opposite. His voice was low and raspy, sounding like he needed a cough drop or something. "Nice! And your a guitarist?" Kageyama didn't like answering questions, hell, he didn't even like talking that much. He honestly preferred to stay quiet and act like he was mute or something. Instead of answering, Kageyama gave a quick nod. The boy's face lit up. "Cool! I'm a manga artist, maybe I could make you a song cover sometime." The boy smiled.

Kageyama nodded and smiled back. That was a genuine, not faked, smiled. He hasn't smiled in a while to be honest. "Yeah, maybe. Well I'll talk to you later, see ya. Bye Umazaki." Kageyama started walking, leaving the fat, ugly, bald, old man with the beautiful, small, angelic boy known as Hinata. He wished he could stay longer, but he didn't like being around Umazaki just because the vibes he gives off. Oh well though, at least he knows his new neighbors name.
