。Chp. 5 : Kageyama-Kun!! 。
The part had finally ended and Hinata immediately ran up to Kageyama. "Wahhh! That was so awesome!" The redhead yelled, shaking Kageyama's arm. "Eh, thanks... hey by the way wanna hang out in my apartment for a few after we get home?" Kageyama asked. "It's uhm... it's also my birthday today and I wanted... to not be alone I guess." He rubbed the back of his head, his cheeks burning. "It's your birthday?! Why the hell did you tell me! I could've gotten you something!" Hinata punched Kageyama's arm, making the taller boy burst out laughing and shove the other boy back.
"Nah, it's fine. I don't even like presents that much anyway. I just didn't want to be alone." The two got everything ready, said their goodbyes, got in the car, and started heading home. Traffic had died down and it only took them 45 minutes to get back to the apartment complex. Hinata parked his car and got out, closing the door behind him and waiting for Kageyama. The taller boy grabbed his guitar from the back seat and got out, closing the car door. They both walked up the stairs towards Kageyama's apartment, talking about random things about the party.
Kageyama unlocked his apartment and let Hinata in, closing the door behind him. They both sat on the couch and Kageyama grabbed the remote. "Wanna watch something? I cant rent or buy something." He offered. "Sure, but, you can pick." The redhead smiled, turning his head to look momentarily at Kageyama. "Kay, uhmm, what about IT? It's the 2017 version, I haven't watched it yet." Kageyama clicked on the movie, seeing the options "rent" - "buy" and "watch trailer". "Sure, I haven't seen it yet either." Kageyama clicked on "rent" and the movie immediately started playing.
Not even 20 minutes later, Hinata was already scared out of his mind while watching this. Sure the guy loved scary movies, but he hates body horror, like when one thing is slowly creeping up behind a person and that said person didn't even notice and they're slowly being tricked into going one way when really they should turn around and run the other way. Hinata wouldn't admit that though.
"I'm gonna get some blankets, one second." Kageyama got up and walked over to his futon, ripping the blankets off of it and bringing them back to the couch. He took his previous spot and handed Hinata a blanket.
[30 Minutes Later]
"AHH!" Hinata screamed as a jump scare came onto the screen. "J-Jesus!" He clenched his shirt where his heart was and started breathing heavily. "You- ok?" Kageyama turned his head and looked at Hinata who looked like he could die at any second. "Heh, yeah. Just didn't expect a jumpscare that's all." He brushed it off and the two continued to watch the movie.

Sorry for the short chapter, had a breakdown earlier trying to figure out if I was still bi or lesbian and then I told my best friend I liked her and now things are awkward 🧍🏼♀️
