Norman x Ray

Chapter 7

"I'm home mom." "When will you have dinner?" Isabella poked her head out form the kitchen. "Whenever is fine mom." Isabella went back in the kitchen while nodding her head and Ray went upstairs to his room. He quickly changed into some pants and sweatshirt and started working on his project. He was making a simple platform game as his mid-year project. "Ray come down for dinner!" "Yes mom!" Ray saved his work into the USB and headed down to the kitchen. There was cooked chicken along with rice and some side dishes on the table. 

"So how was school today?" Isabella looked up at Ray, "nothing special, it was just a normal school day." "Hm do you want chicken or spam for lunch tomorrow?" "Uhh chicken is good." "Ok" for the rest of dinner it was silent no other words were exchanged "Thank you for the food." Ray put all of his dishes in  the sink and headed upstairs to his room. 

Ray took a shower brushed his teeth and came out only to find a message from an unknown number. 

???:Hello?    R:Who is this?    ???:This is Ray right?      R:Yes now who is this?       N:Norman.       R: ...Why the fuck do you have my number?       N:Conny gave it to me:)        R:I'm going to block you.  N:Don't        R:Why not?       N:Ray just     R:just what? What did you message me for?         N:I just wanted to check if this was you or not        R:You will never need this contact number anyway     N:Ray there is no harm in me messaging you is there?       N:Just keep it I won't message you for unessassary things just don't block me.       "Read" 

"What is he thinking? Ughhh this just irritates me more I need to help him with school as well. I should have declined, using computer club as an excuse. Now I have to stick with him for at least a week. This is horrible." Ray soon began typing on his computer the platform he used for making the game was game maker 2. The only sound that could be heard form his room was the sound of Ray furiously typing on his keyboard soon a groan could be heard from the boy as he held his hair in frustration. "Why isn't this working? The objects are linked there is no error in the code the variables are correct so why? Ths stress is really getting to me?"

"I should just finish this tomorrow." With that Ray just saved his work into his USB and turned his computer off and started to work on his homework. After he finished his homework he began to read the book that he had burrowed from the library. Ray loved reading. He loved all the information he got from reading and he loved the quiet tranquility he had when he read it helped get things out of his head and he needed that right now, he just wanted to ignore everything that was happening around him and just read. And that was what he did. 

"This is harder than I thought it would be..."
