The first week of college flew by without anything major happening. Until Saturday, that is.

Sash and Will went out on a date Saturday night, so I was sitting in my apartment watching some movies. I got bored around dinner and didn't feel like cooking myself anything, so I ordered myself a pizza from the pizza place that was close to my apartment. They said it would be about twenty minutes and they would deliver it. I settled back onto my couch to try to pass the time until my pizza was ready.

It didn't seem like it had even been ten minutes when there was a knock at my door. I got up and grabbed my wallet so I could pay for the pizza. "Wow, that was fast." I giggled as I opened the door and saw the guy that was delivering my pizza.

My throat dried out as I saw this guy, I have to say he was very, very attractive. He was taller and muscled with bright blue eyes behind black hair that was peeking out slightly from his little baseball cap. I know it's super cliché to think that the guys with blue eyes and black hair are the attractive ones, but he was super cute.

"I, uh, hi." I awkwardly greeted him as I was suddenly really aware of the fact that I was wearing a shirt that I had stolen from Jake before I left because it was really comfortable and a pair of Nike shorts.

"I have a large cheese pizza?"

"Um, yeah, that's mine." I nodded and shyly took the pizza from him.

He looked at me skeptically. "That's a lot of pizza for one girl."

"Well, it wouldn't hurt to have leftovers, am I right?" I smiled.

"True, I never thought of that. That's a really smart idea." The guy nodded.

"How much will that be again?" I asked after I set the pizza down on the little table by the door

"Ten dollars and your number." The cockily raised an eyebrow and smirked.

"Oh, you're going to have to do better than that." I laughed as I pulled out fifteen dollars.

"Really? Awe darn..."

"Does that pick up line even work?"

"Of course it does! It works all the time... Okay, most of the time... Maybe it's more like some of the time..." He kept trailing off and correcting himself as I kept giving him skeptical looks. "Okay! You got me! It's never worked, but I'm working on it!" He finally cracked.

I started laughing, this guy was actually kind of funny. "Okay, let's do this, how about we introduce ourselves? That seems like a nice way to start a friendship, right?"

"Okay, fine. I'm Ashton." He folded his arms and leaned against my doorframe.

"Hi, I'm Calliegh, but you can call me Cal, most people do."

"It's nice to meet you, Calliegh." He smiled.

"OH, MY GOD, WILL!" Sash's voice boomed from down the hallway.

My face paled and I turned to Ashton, I didn't want Sash to see me talking to him. She will never leave me alone if she sees me talking to him right now. But I really want to talk to this Ashton guy. Oh, man, I'm going to feel so awkward asking this.

"Hey, uh, Ashton? You wanna come in?"

"Um..." He raised an eyebrow in suspicion and smirked.

"Well, tell me if you want to or not!" I whispered harshly as I heard the voices getting closer.

"Okay, yeah sure." Ashton finally made up his indecisive mind.

"Good!" I grabbed his shirt collar and pulled him into my apartment as I saw Sash and Will's shadows appear at the other end of the hall. I closed my door quietly so I wouldn't draw suspicion to myself and leaned against it.
