Part 9. [Jess]

That night was surprisingly comfortable, Steve (the guy who helped us with a room) was super kind coz in the morning while we were still sleeping he rushed out to get us breakfast.

"Morning," Dan said as he stuffed his mouth with food.

"Slowdown," Kat teases him,"and thanks by the way for the breakfast but you shouldn't have."

"I know but it was actually Pat's idea," Steve says as Pat shyly smiles.

"Why don't you two date already?" Kat suggests as she nudges Pat's shoulder.

"He wouldn't be able to satisfy me in certain areas," Steve teases.

"Ok guys let's dial it back,"I say because I'm literally fed up of the sex talk.

"So what do you plan on doing this week?" Kat asks after settling.

"Well, nothing serious, just going to do the usual, class, books, designing, investigating on why Felix hates me, theater rehearsals and that's it," I say, covering up the part of me investigating Felix and luckily no one noticed, I think.

"Ok well, I have design class too, we shall meet in the hall after lunch break,"Dan said.

"What did you guys take?" I ask Pat and Kat( who I thought would take fashion design too).

"Well I took acting," Kat said.

"Well I took ICT," Pat said.

"Well, I wanted to take computer engineering too but I love fashion so much but I'm happy for you," I tell Pat.

"Well guys, it's time to get serious, we are taking back our title, our first school entrance was ruined and our first party was ruined too but our classes ain't going to be ruined,"Dan said as he rose to his feet.

"Hold up, y'all were making a first entrance," Steve said.

"Like yeah, first impressions are everything," Dan responds.

"Ok you guys are extra," Steve teases.

"Well make fun all you want but it was going to work," Dan states and signals us to leave.

After the mandatory classes were done I set out to find Felix.

Like the dude played my sister and me and now he comes back 'changed' and won't even want to talk to me.

I found him in the theater and luckily Toni was not with him

"Um hey," I greet him but he ignores me.

"Okay now that I hope everyone is here let's begin by introducing ourselves," our instructor said as he signaled us to sit in a circle.

"So I'll begin, I'm called Blake, anyone else," he begins.

"Hi my name is Bella," a short girl with long wavy hair introduces herself.

"Um, my name is Felix."

"Justin." "Chris."  "Gloria."  "Micheal."

"Hi my name is Jess," I say.

"Hi im Steven but my friends call me Steve."

Hold up, he also took theatrical after school programs. Great there went my chances to do this privately.

"So....."

"Hi my name is Collin," the twerp bulges into the room as he interrupts the instructor who doesn't seem to mind.

"So I'm going to pair you guys up in groups," the instructor suggests," since I like you Steve, I think you should pick the two guys you want to work with."

"Um I'll pick Jess and.......," He turned to me as if to ask who else he should pick so I shot a look at Felix, "and Felix."

"I'll pass,"Felix declines.

"But...,"

"I'll do it," Collin interrupts.

"It's settled then, Felix your next, you choose who you want to work with,"the instructor says.

"Ok, I'm will choose Justin and Bella," he says.

"Okay, what was that about?" Steve asked me.

"What was what about?" Collin butts in.

"Shut up, it's none of your business," I snap at him making the instructor scoff at me.

"Okay, I don't know what your deal is but I am sorry," Collin whispers to me after Mr Blake looked away.

"I don't care, just shut up and leave me live my life, go bother someone else."

"Come on, don't be a baby, I'm super sorry okay, I......"

"I nothing, what you did was stupid, and I don't want to talk to you."

"Um, so the guy your stalking is literally open for a confrontation," Steve says as he signals me to see Felix whose group mates had left him alone on the table.

Seeing my opening I walked to his table and tapped him on his shoulder but he ignored me.

"Okay, let's start this again, hi Felix, remember me," I say as I sit in front of him but he faces the table instead of me.

"Um, so I wanted to say you look so nice, what happened after you left, you look so changed,"I added but he still didn't respond.

"Um hey I'm sorry but I need to borrow Jess for a while," Collin says and Felix agrees without even looking at me.

That douche.

"Why can't you just leave me alone dude," I say after being dragged away.

"Why don't you listen, I'm really sorry for what I said about you and your friends earlier," Collin said.

"Really dude, I said I don't care or need your apology."

"Listen, I'm not doing this so that I get something off my chest, I'm doing this to prove to you that I love you." Collin says.
