Takes place between season 4 episodes 5-6.

Ezra and Sabine were on the run, again. They had been sent by Hera to gatter any more possible information on the TIE defender factory as possible. This resulted in the Jedi and Mandalorian duo using their civilian disguises once more, and heading into the capital city of Lothal.

They were starting to head back to base when a trooper mush have recognized them from their wanted posters, and started firing at them. Ezra knew his way around the city very well after living on the streets for eight years, so he led Sabine around many different twists and turns around the city, but nothing seemed to shake the troops.

The Stormtroopers were gaining on the Rebels, and then Sabine got an idea. She grabbed Ezra by the wrist and led him into an alleyway off the main road. She realized once they entered the alley that her plan for escaping would no longer work.

"Kriff. It's a dead end." "I could have told you that." Ezra responded trying to catch his breath. "No need to get smart with me Bridger. Now we just have to find a way to get ourselves out of this mess." Sabine frantically looked around for any possible means of escape, while Ezra could sense the troopers getting closer. "Got anything?!" Ezra whispered frantically, for fear of the now nearby soldiers hearing him. Sabine started to shake her head when she looked up at Ezra and got an idea, but also started to have an internal screaming match with herself.

I can't believe I'm actually thinking about this! It's a terrible idea!

But do you see a better opinion?!

This'll make things really awkward next time when not running from the Empire.

It's not like you care! I mean look at him, he looks really cute when he's scared.

Wait. WHAT?! I did not just think that!

Kriff, I thought it!

Focus Sabine! You're running out of time!

Sabine just whispered an "I'm sorry" to Ezra. Before he could ask why, she did the one thing he never would have expected, she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him. Actually KISSED HIM. Ezra's brain was going a hundred miles per minute.

WHAT. THE. KRIFF.

Sabine is kissing me! Actually kissing me! Holy-

Kiss her back you idiot!

This better not be another dream.

Ezra placed his hands on Sabine's waist as she gently pushed him up against one of the building walls that were lining the alley. Sabine's tongue grazed Ezra's bottom lip, asking for entrance, which he gladly provided. Their tongues danced together in perfect rhythm.

I should not be liking this as much as I am.

Holy Manda, he's a good kisser. This is hands down the best kiss I've ever had.

Get yourself together Wren!

Sabine heard some of the bucket-heads mumbling about "sick teenagers" and "have they ever heard of a room?" and then heard them walk away. Sabine pulled away from Ezra "Come on Bridger!" she shouted to him as she ran the opposite way as the troopers.

Ezra snapped himself out of the daze he was still in and started to run with her, "Um, right." Eventually they made their way back to the Rebel base on Lothal and gave a full report to Hera and Ryder on their mission, though they both left out the one part of the mission that was on both teens minds.
