Chapter 7

They started heading over to the rides.

"Let's get on this one," bakugo said as he walked them over to a line.

Kirishima looked all the way up to see how far the ride went. "Ha, very funny."

Bakugo looked at him, confused, "I didn't say anything funny?"

Kirishima shook his head, "we..no you want me to get on that?! Did you see how high it goes?!"

Bakugo started laughing, "relax, it'll be fun,"

They stood in line as they waited to get on the ride, "I- I can't do this bakugo, please can we do something else?" he begged.

"Next!" The worker yelled.

"Looks like its our turn."

They walked onto the ride and got tied in.

Kirishima was shaking, "I think I'm gonna puke," he said as he held on tight.

Bakugo lauged, "you'll be fine."

He reached over and held kirishimas hand. "3..2..1..go!" the ride took off.

When the ride was over, kirishima was shaking.

"That was so high," he said as he was shaking.

Bakugo held onto his hand, "I'm sorry, we don't have to get on anymore rides like that, we can go play the games."

Kirishima held on tighter to bakugos hand, "p-please."

They then went into a photo booth and took pictures, they each got their own copy of them.

"Here, for when you leave you can have these pictures of us," bakugo said as he handed him a copy.

Kirishima smiled as he looked at them, "thank you."

They headed over to the little arcade games and started playing.

"Man, I've always wanted one of those big sharks, they're so hard to win," bakugo said as he pointed to them.

kirishima looked at the game, "you want that one?"

Bakugo smiled, "Yeah, but it's like impossible to win this game."

Kirishima sat down to play, "I'll get it for you."

Bakugo laughed, "Yeah, okay, we'll see."

Kirishima played one time.

"Oh! Sorry you lost, want to try again?" the worker asked.

Kirishima took in a deep breath, "Yeah I think I got it now." He sat up straight and focused.

Bakugo stood there watching, "it's okay if you can't get it."

Kirishima smiled, "I'm gonna get it for you."

He started playing again, bakugo watched him try so hard to win.

"Kiri it's okay-" bakugo paused as he saw the lights.

"Wow! Congratulations! You won! Which one would you like?" the worker asked.

Bakugo stood there with his mouth wide open.

"The shark please," kirishima said with a smile.

The worker handed it to him. "Here you go," kirishima said to bakugo.

He handed him the big fluffy shark. "H-how did you?" He hugged it tight, "thank you."

He gave kirishima a big kiss.

Kirishima smiled, "I would do anything for you."

Bakugo stood there blushing, "yeah, thank you."

They started walking over to another ride. "No more high ones, please? I thought I was gonna pass out," kirishima begged.

Bakugo went over to the Ferris wheel, "okay okay, how about this one?"

Kirishima lauged, "it goes high too!"

Bakugo dragged him to the line. "You'll be fine, it doesn't move like the other rides."

They stood in line waiting to be called. "Hey guys! Are you guys staying all night?" they heard denki calling them.

"Hey! um, I don't know, kiri will you be able to stay a little longer? They close at 11 or we can leave before that if you can't stay."

They had been there almost all day now, it was only a few hours before 11.

"I think I can stay all night," kirishima said nervously.

"Alright cool! We're gonna head out to the haunted house right before they close, you guys down to meet there as the last thing we do?" denki asked.

Bakugo looked over at kirishima, "Yeah is that okay with you?"

He nodded his head, "Yeah of course," kirishima answered.

After the ride, they walked around the park a little bit before meeting up the guys at the haunted house.

But Bakugo noticed that kirishima was acting weird.

"Hey, are you okay? You haven't really said anything since the last two rides," bakugo asked.

Kirishima didn't answer.

"Kiri?" bakugo asked again. He stoppped and grabbed kirishimas face.

"Huh? I'm sorry bakugo what did you say?" kirishima asked.

Bakugo was worried, "you look sick, are you feeling okay?"

Kirishima tried to brush it off, "Yeah, no. I'm sorry. I think I just got dizzy from all the rides."

Bakugo didn't believe him, "we can go back home, do you wanna go home?"

Kirishima kept walking and almost tripped.

"Hey, hey, kiri? Okay we're going home."

Kirishima tried to act normal, "no, I don't wanna leave."

Bakugo grabbed his hand and started leading them back to the car, "what's wrong? Is it because you stayed all day?"

Kirishima didn't answer, he just looked down at his feet.

When they finally got to the car, kirishima fell asleep.

On the ride home, Bakugo kept noticing that kirishima would flinch like he was in pain.

"Hey, come on we're home," bakugo whispered. He picked him up and carried him inside. Bakugo laid kirishima down on the bed, "Ei? Are you okay? Answer me please," bakugo begged.

Kirishima could barley open his eyes, "I...I don't want to leave bakugo, but it hurts," kirishima said as he leaned over in pain.

Bakugo started getting more worried, "what do you mean?! What hurts?! Ei, answer me, please."

Kirishima didn't say anything.

"Let me go get you water, I'll run you a bath okay? You're burning up," he headed out of the room, but when he came back, kirishima was gone.

Bakugo was on the bed, alone. He sat there and cried, he just wanted to know if kirishima was okay. He fell asleep, and when he woke up the next day he was hoping that kiri would be waiting for him like usual.

Although, this time it was different, kirishima wasn't there, and it felt empty.
