Chapter 8.5

Back in Hell, Kirishima heard bakugo calling him to possess him. He wanted to go back so bad, but he still felt weak. He was strong enough to stand up and walk around now, but he was unsure if he could go back on earth.

Still, he tried to go back, but every time he would hurt himself a little more.

Todoroki walked in and saw him trying to leave, "Kirishima, no!"

He watched as Kirishima was bent over his bed, crying.

"Please, todoroki, you have to help me; he thinks I left him! He probably hates me now! Please, todoroki, you have to help me get back," Kirishima begged.

Todoroki used his powers on Kirishima, he lifted him up and pinned him against the wall. "You'll die, do you get that?! We can't have the king of Hell dying because of-"

Kirishima interrupted him, "because of what?! Because of a human?! Say it! But don't sit here and tell me you wouldn't do the same if it were midoriya you had to leave!" Kirishima yelled.

Todoroki let him go and started walking out the door; he knew he couldn't do anything to stop Kirishima, "if you die, I will kill him," todoroki faced away as he walked out the door.

A day after they played again, bakugo was sitting in his room.

The TV was on when he suddenly heard footsteps in the hallway.

Bakugo got up fast, "Kiri?!" he yelled. He ran out of the room.

But it wasn't him. It was a man, he looked like a demon, like Kirishima.

Bakugo took a step back, "w-who are you?" he asked.

He just stood there, "are you bakugo?"
Bakugo didn't answer, "are you the one who tried to call out to Kirishima last night?! Answer me!" the man yelled.

Bakugo got scared, "y-yes, that was me, who are you?" bakugo asked.

The man looked at him in his eyes, "I'm Todoroki, I come in place of Kirishima to tell you something."

Bakugo got scared, "Is he alive?" he asked.

Todoroki calmed himself, "barely," he answered.

Bakugo was more worried, "what do you mean, barely? Is he hurt? Why hasn't he come back?"

Todoroki walked over to bakugo, "the time he spent here, it hurt him; every time he comes to earth, it takes a lot out of him, the longer he stays, the longer it hurts." They both stood there in silence, then Todoroki walked up to bakugo, "I don't know what's going on, but I've never seen him this way, he's in pain yet he calls for you, and I know once he heals he'll come back."

Bakugo started crying, "So, he will come back for me?"

Todoroki turned around, his face was so full of anger, "Do you both not listen? Did you not hear what I said?! He's in pain, and you can't let him come back anymore. Once he comes again, you need to tell him to leave, forever, he'll only listen to you."

Bakugo started crying more, "will it save him?" he asked.

Todoroki nodded, "it will, he talks about you all the time; I know he won't stay away unless you tell him to."

Bakugo was curious, "how do you know him? Are you guys...together?" bakugo asked.

Todoroki let out a big laugh, "I'm his brother, he didn't tell you who he is? Figures, he never wanted to take the crown, he's the king of Hell, and stubborn as shit."

Bakugo sighed with relief, but tears still ran down his face.

"Look, it's for the best, he can't keep coming here, it'll eventually kill him," Todoroki took in a deep breath, "he'll come back, but when he does, you need to make it the last time you see him."

Todoroki left after that; bakugo was alone again, and now he was terrified of Kirishima coming back.
