All this time I spent on a feeling on a moment that lasted for quite some time, but it did not last very long.
I stepped into school and as usual the flood of people came rushing towards me, but I ignored them and tried to find her. I was a lost ship in the sea searching for the lighthouse. Through the darkness of the shadows that they created behind me I found her.
I told her we needed to talk, so I grabbed her hand and I told her come to the river with me. No people, no lingering shadows, and no noise just us. She agreed so there we were standing aside of the river like we had before.
When I would bring her here to read books and teach her how to study life. How the ripples in the water would crash together. How the fishes looked and all of it creating a beautiful scenery. She adored that lesson of mine. She had called me professor jimin- ah. That was the first time someone had ever said my name like that. I liked it.
She told me to dip my toes in the water and I was scared because I had never done that before. With her by my side I was experiencing many things I would not have in this life. She laughed and dipped her toes in, she said it was cold and her toes were freezing.
I dipped my toes in and I felt this rush, the same rush I felt that day on the cliff.
