Chapter 14: Why’re you here?*
"Ryker!" Allison shouted, calling his husband that was currently running away with the novel he'd been reading earlier in his husband's hand, waving the book to lure him closer.
It was Saturday and Ryker had decided for both of them to spend their time at the garden behind their mansion as the weather was suitable for a calm day out. They had spread the matt on the full green grass, putting the sandwiches made by both Allison and Ryker before they decided to have a small picnic that actually caused their kitchen turned into a big mess just by having Allison trying to make a sandwiches and Ryker trying to help which was obviously not helping at all.
They both started, Ryker's head on his lap as usual, with a small conversation while looking at the clouds moving slowly creating shapes on the sky. Ryker was busy telling the shapes he'd been seeing like a five years old until he didn't realize that Allison didn't pay any attention to what he was saying as he was busy reading the novel he bought a few days before when he went out to accompany Sara and Rachel to the bookstore.
Irritated of being ignored, Ryker finally took the book from Allison's hand before standing up, waving the book in front of the startled Allison. "Catch me if you can," was all he said before running around like a kid with Allison running after him in a slower pace than his hyperactive self.
Stopping a few steps away from Ryker, Allison stared at him, didn't move an inch,
Ryker looked at him with a questioning look, raising an eyebrow before smirking mischievously.
"You want this book?" Ryker asked, raising the book high above Allison's reach.
"Ryker, stop it. Give me my book. " Allison said, sighing in defeat. He walked further to take the book from Ryker's hand before Ryker once again lifting the book up high out from his reach.
"Ryker!" He yelled, jumping slightly to snatch the book from Ryker as Ryker started to turn around, away from Allison so that he couldn't take his book from him. Ryker pinched Allison's nose before running away across the large garden full, starting the Tom and Jerry chase between them.
"My First Love Story," Ryker read out loud the title, having Allison who was currently blushing with all the chase and the embarassment of having Ryker reading the novel that he chose all by himself days ago. Ryker didn't even stooped to catch a breath as he continued to run while reading the content of the book out loud, having the embarassed Allison chasing after him.
"I saw him standing in front of the-" Ryker started with the first page, stopped when Allison pounced at him, making both of them fell onto the ground but Ryker, being a gentleman he never be before, cushioning their fall with his own larger body, protecting Allison's smaller body from having bruises accidently because of their sudden fall. Allison's head resting in his chest, breathing heavily with a flushed face looking at him.
"Stop reading it." Allison said, taking the book from Ryker's hand before started to move away from Ryker.
Ryker took a hold of Allison's small hand in his larger one, pulling Allison suddenly, making the smaller man fell onto his chest once again, face to face with each other, only a few inch of distance separating them. Allison's startled expression could be seen from his slightly bulging eyes exposing the big blue eyes behind the dark fringes of his bangs covering his eyes, his face flushed, as red as tomato as they stared into each other's eyes.
Their intimate position with Allison practically sitting on Ryker's abs , hands inside Ryker's grasp placed in between their chest , face closed to each other, just made Allison blushed more. Ryker's hand slowly moved towards Allison's bangs, pushing the dark hair to the side, revealing the big baby blue eyes staring at his gesture in shock as his hand started to trail down the smooth silky skin of Allison's white pale cheeks to the soft plump of his pink lips.
