Chapter four

I woke the next morning to a knock on my door, and groaned in pain. Everything hurt. "Who is it?" I called out wincing at the pain in my throat. "Keigo!" He said "Come in?" I said quieter than before hoping to not aggravate my throat further. The door opened and Keigo walked in with a plate of food. It was all of my favorite breakfast items. "Awwh baby you didn't have to!" I said softly. "No I didn't, but you know I don't get hungover, and you do, so I made you breakfast." He said smiling. I gratefully took the food and when he pulled a bottle of pills and a water bottle out of his pockets I smiled. I hadn't even noticed the pounding in my head until he brought up hangovers. "So you okay after last night?" he asked. "Yeah! I just uh.. everything hurts..." I said. "damn I'm sorry baby bird. Anything I can do to help?" I giggled and then whined at the pain it caused. "Just.. go easy on me for the next few days." I said smiling. "Got it." He said. I took a dose of the meds and began scarfing down the food. "I'll leave you be, if you're up to it we're planning out a mission in a bit." He said. I nodded since my mouth was full and he left.

After I finished eating I got dressed in comfy cloths and my slippers and went down to the bar. my legs were weak, but i managed to get there before collapsing onto the couch. Shigi and twice were at the bar, and Toga and Keigo were sitting across from me. Dabi was no where to be seen though. "Where's Dabi?" I asked. "He's on a mission, Shigi assigned it this morning." Said Toga in her usual cheery tone. I nodded. It wasn't abnormal for him to be sent on small missions alone. "So, the mission we need to discus is the one we've been talking about for awhile." said Shigi. "You mean we're finally going to take down Endeavor?" I asked. Keigo's eyes widened. "Yeah. Allmight has been taken down so its time to move on." Said Shigi. "You're for real?" I said getting excited. "Yes do I joke about this kind of thing Y/N?" Shigi said. I rolled my eyes "No. So what's the plan?" I asked. Shigi frowned. "Its already in progress. This is a one man mission." My eyes widened. "NO! YOU SENT DABI TO FACE HIS DAD ALONE!?" I screamed. I stood walking towards Shigi. "Yes, its what need to be done." He said looking into my eyes. My hands balled into fists and Keigo stood up "Babe calm do-" "Keigo stay out of this. Shigi, you told me you wouldn't.." I said stopping right in front oh him.

"I know what I said but this is the only way we have a chanc-" I punched him. I know i cant stand alone against him but i cant believe he did this "Don't you think some of us could have come along and hid? Or fucking something? You couldn't come up with anything better than sending one COUTH THEM ONE member!? Send me NOW." I demanded. I was about to either kill someone or cry, and I didn't want to do either. he removed removed his hand from his cheek "No. and if you hit me again you will regret it." I pulled back my fist, with the intent to break his nose, but Keigo grabbed me and pulled me back away from him. "Let me go! stop don't touch me!" I screamed, tears suddenly rolling down my cheeks. "Baby stop, shhhhh... It'll be okay." He whispered into my ear. I stopped struggling against him and went limp in his arms. I was still conscious but I couldn't feel my body. He sat down with me leaning up against him. My feeling slowly came back and I looked at Shigi "If he dies so do you, you asshole." I said calmly. I rolled over so i was straddling Keigo and cried into his shoulder feeling the adrenaline of a panic attack coursing through my veins.

Keigo just held me and pet my hair for the next 30 minutes until I calmed down. "Hey Y/N" Twice said. "Yeah?" I said sitting up and looking at him. "He'll be okay. I just have a feeling." I smiled at twice. "thanks. He's strong, I'm sure he'll make it back in once piece." I said chuckling. Keigo smiled at me and I leaned down kissing him gently. "Thank you for everything today and honestly ever Keigo." He smiled warmly "No problem my love." he said.

We all talked for the next few hours, and I was starting to get worried again when i finally glanced at the clock. but right as I did Kirigiri showed up Dabi falling through him. He was unconscious and I jumped up sprinting around the couch and taking his pulse. He was alive, but barely. I assessed his body he had a multiple gashes gushing blood, and I shouted. "We need medical supplies. Twice, Toga, we need an IV and a few blood bags, Keigo, there's a sewing kit in the top drawer of my desk, and rubbing alcohol in my bathroom. hurry." I said. It was the longest two minutes of my life when Keigo finally came sprinting into the room with my sewing kit and the alcohol. He quickly threaded the needle since he could tell I was far to shaky. I immediately started tending to the worst wounds. "Keigo go help them with the blood bags I've got this." I said shakily.

As I finished closing the last wound Keigo, Toga, and Twice rushed in. they had everything i needed luckily they even brought back one of those simple heart rate monitors. I prepped everything as quickly as possible and found a vein, sticking in the needle. "Alright." i said looking at the heart rate monitor. I was never so glad I went to nursing school while training to be a pro. yeah I was constantly exhausted, but its all worth it now if Dabi pulls through. His heart rate was steady, not as high as it should be if he was in great condition, but good enough that he should be able to pull through. I laid down next to him trying to remember how to breath. Did I even breath while I was doing that? "I can't breath." I said softly I knew i was going to pass out if i didn't catch my breath soon. "You are breathing, Hold your breath you're going to hyperventilate." Keigo's words made me realize how fast I was breathing, and that i was even breathing in the first place.

I used the last of my strength and will power to hold my breath, seeing the tell-tale black dots in my vision. I just wanted it to stop. "why is the room spinning? I'm so dizzy." I said softly Keigo took my pulse. "She's having another panic attack. This ones bad. someone get her some ice water water, and or some lemon juice please." he said looking around the room frantically. "Hey baby look at me. you saved him, he'll be okay I promise. Right now you need to be okay." He said gently. Toga knelt beside us handing Keigo the lemon shaped bottle and a glass. He set it down and handed my the glass. I knew what to do. I shakily brought the glass to my lips sipping on the cold liquid holding it in my mouth until it started to heat up. I did that a few times before Keigo took it and handed me the Lemon juice. I had already started to calm down from the cold, but I took a mouthful of lemon juice anyway. I shivered from the sourness and swollowed it down quickly. "Any better my love?" Keigo asked. I nodded gently and closed the bottle of lemon juice. Toga took both things to put them away while Keigo held me Toga came back quickly. "He'll be okay big sis. He has to be." Toga said. I smiled weakly at her and nodded again.
