Found and Lost

We entered the building JJ had sent us, we searched every room except the basement. I open the door to the stairs. 

"You sure you're up for this?" Hotch asks me.

I open my mouth to answer when I hear a scream coming from the basement. But not any type of scream, Y/n's type of scream.

Me and Hotch automatically run down the stairs, our guns in hand. I try to open the second door, but its locked. I tell Hotch to move and kick open the door. I see Y/n sitting in the corner, covered in blood.

I put my gun away and run to her while Hotch checks the room.

I hug and kiss Y/n. "Hey, baby! Its okay, I'm here now." I kiss her cheek and hear her say something about JJ.

"what?" I ask. 

"JJ. She dead." My eyes open wide as I look behind me to see JJ's body.  I hug Y/n.

"It's okay, you did what you had to do. It okay." I say trying to calm her. 

"Emily?" She says.

"Yes?"

"I didn't kill her."

I look at her when I hear a cough behind me. Y/n look frightened. 

I run over to JJ and I start to feel a pulse. She opens her eyes. 

"Emily?" She says slowly.

"We need an ambulance." I tell Hotch.

What the hell is going on?
