Ch. 21

AHH SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING-

-Karl's POV-

I go downstairs a few minutes after Nick. The three were talking about something then quickly stopped when they saw me. I was to tired to think about it. I hug Nick from the side and he wraps his arm around me and I look at him and give him a smile. He returns it "I should get George back home, his parents are visiting for a little" clay got up and so did George "Alright talk to you guys later" nick said while pulling me closer. I wave to them then they left "I want go back to bedd" I wrap my arms around his neck and put my face in the crook of his neck. "Awe ok only because your being adorable" he then picks my up and we go up stairs and he lays me down my the bed "you suit your last name, Armstrong" he laughs a bit and kisses my head. He laid down with me and I soon enough fell asleep.

Two hours later Nicks POV

I woke up to my phone buzzing in my pocket and I pull it out of my pocket to see my mom calling, "hey mom"

I hear my energetic mother on the other end "Hey dear! Did I wake you up you sound tired.

"Yeah you did" I look at Karl who's still sound asleep, good thing he's a heavy sleeper.

"Sorry about that, I was wondering if you guys wanted to come over for lunch in a hour or two"

"uhm sure I guess," I run my hand trough Karl's hair "We'll be over there when we are ready"

"Alright, love you!"

"Love you too ma" I end the call and I look at Karl, "baby it's time to wake up"

"Mmm whyyy" he pulls the blanket over his head.

"My mom invited us over for lunch " I pull the blanket over my head and kiss his head "now come on I'll let you wear my favorite hoodie" he instantly got up and went into my part of the dresser to grab my hoodie. I laugh to myself then gets up. I put on a basic pair of jeans and one of my hoodies, Karl wore my hoodie and a black skirt with knee high black socks. "You know what skirts do to meee" I hum and have a obvious fake frown.

He giggled and kissed my cheek "I guess you just have to deal with it then"

"Yeah yeah let's just go" we get in my car and start to make our way to my house. We get there and we walk in.

"Hey sweetie!" I hear my mom yell from the kitchen.

"Hey ma!" I say back "hey dad!" I got a wave in return. Dry much?

"I'll be right back I need to use the bathroom" Karl said as he kissed my cheek

"Alright love" I got sit by my dad

"Where did your boyfriend go?"

"Bathroom" I grab a piece of candy from the dish on the coffee table and start unwrapping it.

He nodded slowly "so when you planning on getting engaged" he nudged me a bit laughing and I just froze.

"Um I don't know... we've only been dating for a few months. I mean don't get me wrong I really want to marry him but don't you think it's a bit early?"

He waved his hand shooing that off "nonsense! I know people that got engaged after a month!"

I give him a look "did they last?" He nodded and that's when Karl came over and sat by me. "Hey Baby" I kiss his head and he gives me a smile

"Hellooo" He then kissed my cheek and I wrapped my arm around him.

Earlier me and clay and george were talking about marriage, I mentioned how I really wanted to marry Karl and they both said go for it knowing how much we loved each other. But for right now I was thinking about getting promise rings that on the inside it said the day we got together.

My mom soon called us to the table. We sat down and started talking while eating. I liked seeing how comfortable Karl was, my parents were welcoming from the start, making him feel as part of the family.

Ok so it was around 12am when I realized I needed to get a chapter in, it is currently 4am, I've been really busy with spending time with my friends and seeing my mum for the weekend. Also what do you guys think about Karl and Nick getting married 👀
