"What Are You?..."

Y/N's POV

I fell onto a bed of golden flowers, I thought these weren't real but apparently they are

Sigh

"How can this night get worser than this. Well atleast I lived..." I thought out loud

I realised that my phone was still playing the song, I grabbed it and I was surprised it didn't break. I had thought that it would be broken from the fall, guess I was wrong. I switched my playlist to another one, since I was bored with it and once again I just sang the lyrics. Not caring if someone/something is listening to me, I just wanted to be alone.

I stood up, leaving the flowers that were on my hair and followed this grassy path I noticed earlier. What a great idea   Y/N so great...

3rd Person Pov

"I look up from the ground to see your sad and teary eyes"

"You look away from me and I see"

"There's something you're trying to hide"
Shut up...

Silence

"And I reach for your hand but it's cold, you pull away again"

"And I wonder what's on your mind"
No one will care

"And then you say to me you made a dumb mistake"

"You start to tremble and your voice begins to break"
You're parents never loved you

Y/N had voices in 'their' head, and they would always say something negative about her most of the time. But Y/N got used to them and just ignored the voices. 'They' kept on focusing singing, while looking at the path 'they' were on.

"You say the cigarettes on the counter weren't your friend's"

"They were my mate's"

"And I feel the color draining from my face"

"And my friend said"

"I know you love her, but it's over, mate"

"It doesn't matter, put the phone away"

"It's never easy to walk away, let her go"

Y/N realised that the voices were gone, so 'they' we're relieved from knowing that. They were kind of annoying 'them'...

"It'll be alright"

"So I asked to look back at all the messages you'd sent"

"And I know it wasn't right, but it was messing with my head"

"And everything deleted like the past, yeah it was gone"

"And when I touched your face, I could tell you're moving on"

"But it's not the fact that you kissed him yesterday"

"It's the feeling of betrayal, that I just can't seem to shake"

"And everything I know tells me that I should walk away"

"But I just want to stay"

Y/N closed 'their' eyes, stopped walking and continued the song. Hoping that no one will kill 'them'..

"And my friend said"

"I know you love her, but it's over, mate"

"It doesn't matter, put the phone away"
