Thea Parker"This is going to be the best night ever Thea!" My friend Olivia exclaims as we were on our way to a night club.
"I'm sure it will be." I roll my eyes.
I wasn't really the partying type. The only reason I was going out tonight was because it was Olivia's birthday and she loved to drink. Me on the other hand just liked to chill at home with a book in front of me. And yes it may sound weird that a twenty-one year old wouldn't like to party or let loose but I was raised to be an proper young lady.
"We're here bitch!" Olivia announces as we were now in front of the club.
"I'm starting to reconsider all of this." My nervousness starts to take over.
"Oh come on Thea! It's going to be an awesome night and we won't be here long." She tells me.
"Okay." I nod.
Both of us get out of the car and walked into the club. When we entered we were engulfed by loud music and the smell of sex.
Great!
"I don't know about you but I'm going to get drunk! See you later." Before I could respond Olivia was running over to the bar.
"Thanks for leaving me by myself you are a true friend." I mumbled sarcastically as I took a seat at the small table.
Looking around I spot people kissing either at a table or against the wall. Shivering slightly my eyes land across the dance floor where I see a man staring at me. His tall figure intimidating, his green eyes piercing into my brown ones. I bush slightly before averting my eyes to the floor.
I don't like making eye contact.
Keeping my eyes glued to the colorful titles I wait a few moments to see if he was still staring at me. As time passed I finally decided to look up only to be met with him standing right in front of me.
"Hello darling." His deep voice says.
My mouth opens and closes as I didn't know what to say.
"Um...Hi?" It came out more as a question.
"What is a pretty thing like you doing all alone at a place like this?" He takes a seat across from me.
I sigh before answering.
"I-I um it's m-my f-friend's b-birthday and s-she wanted to c-come h-here." I explain, biting my lip.
He nods his head slowly before smirking.
"I see...And where is that friend of yours?" He asked looking around.
"S-Somewhere." I whisper.
"You don't drink?" I shake my head.
"Good." My eyebrows furrow.
"W-Why is t-that good?"
The man laughs before placing a hand under his chin.
"You don't seem like the drinking type love, actually you look too innocent to be at a scene like this." I give him a small smile.
"T-Thanks um..." I wait to get his name.
"Harry." He grins.
I nod and hold out my hand for him to shake.
"I-It's n-nice to meet you Harry." I say as he shook my hand slowly.
"Pleasure." He smirks.
Pulling my hand back I start to look around the club again, not really knowing what else to say to him.
