Sapnap heard as he seen Dream and George rush to Karl and Sapnap.
George ran and got bandages and Dream stayed with sapnap until he calmed down,
At this point Karl had passed out from the lack of sleep, George handed Sap the bandages and he began to wrap it around Karls arm gently.
When he was done he found a sharpie and but a heart on the bandages soon after he calmed down and Dream took George home but they assured him if he ever needed help or anything to give them both a call.
After that Sapnap layer Karls head on Sapnaps lap and he feel asleep.
