Chapter 2: Bakugo Vs. Yang

This has been a big debate for a long time. I had to write about it lol. Place your bets now!

Ruby and Izuku was the first ones to make it towards the gym. Behind them came Iida, along with everyone else. As the rest of the class regained their breath, you could hear maniacal laughter coming from the training grounds.

"Haha! I win!"

"That's a bunch of bullcrap and you know it."

"Oh no..." Izuku and Ruby said simultaneously, as they walked over towards them. Bakugo and Yang was at each other's throat.

"How?! I knocked you out of bounds, fair and square?"

"But we're tied, I won the first round!"

"That shouldn't count, you blonde idiot! It only lasted for 60 seconds!"

"Wow, is that the excuse you say to every girl you meet?"

"Why, you little-"

"Kacchan!" Izuku stepped between his childhood friend Bakugo, before he could take another step towards Yang.

"Move out of the way, you useless Deku!" Yang was being held back by Ruby, who was having quite some difficulty restraining her.

"Let him go Midoriya, I'll put that arrogant overcompensating kid in his place!"

"Try me!"

Blake sighed, facepalming. "They're so similar that it hurts to watch but I can't stop looking. And I thought Yang had some control over her rage now. He must have found a way to set her off."

Kirshima nodded in agreement. "Bakugo has tenacity, but his anger issues and ego can be a problem."

Nora smirked menacingly. "I have an idea!" She announced, while the rest of the JNPR groaned.

'This can't be good...' Izuku thought.

"You two can go head to head, and the rest of us will watch! If one of you gets too hurt, we'll stop the fight. That way, you can go all out without a time limit or an out of bounds!"

Bakugo actually agreed. "Muscle for Brains here makes a valid point. Now I can destroy you without any restraint."

Yang was obviously annoyed. "What's with you and your stupid nicknames?"

"I don't know blondie, what's with you and your unfunny jokes?"

Yang's eyes grew dark. Team RWBY and JNPR stood back in awe, realizing that a fuse has been lit.

Ruby grabbed Midoriya and started pulling him off the field. "There's a few things you can't say to Yang. One, say she isn't funny, two, threaten the ones she care about, and three-"

"Just shut up and don't hold back. Otherwise, you'll regret it when I rip apart your terrible hair!"

"...that."

"That's it!" Yang reloaded her gauntlets. "Let's see what you can really do."

"Fine by me." Bakugo used his explosions as a propulsion, launching himself closer towards Yang. "Die!"

The rest of the class and huntsmen watched from the sidelines. Ruby was cheering for her sister. "Kick his butt, Yang! SHOW NO MERCY!"

Yang steadied herself. 'Too predictable!' She threw a punch towards Bakugo's face, while firing a few shots.

Weiss rolled her eyes. "This will be over with quickly. He just launched himself straight into her fist."

Izuku took out his notebook to write notes, while Todoroki shook his head. "Don't underestimate him. Despite his brass mouth, he's not one to be taken lightly."
