The Future Queen

Chapter 29

I woke up early today so I decided to look at the scrapbook, since I had about two hours before I have to get ready.

While I was looking at the pages there was a knock on the door.

"Come in" I say

The door opens to reveal Alex wearing a black sweater with grey jeans.

"What are you doing?" He asks as he sits on the bed with me.

"Just looking at the scrapbook" I say as I move to the next page of the book.

We both look and read each message for a few minutes until I speak.

"I will miss them all" I say as I look at our group photo at the end.

"You can always visit them"

"I know but that will be in... I don't know how long"

"Well then I am lucky" he says with a smirk on his face.

"Why?"

"Because it gives me another reason to convince you to come back here" he says as we both kiss each other.

We continue to talk until I realize the time.

"Shit! I am late" I say as I get off the bed and hurry to get my clothes for the day.

"Don't worry they are always late" he says "Where are you girls going?"

"I honestly have no idea, I think I heard something about the mall"

I grab all my things before entering the bathroom and shutting the door.

.....One Hour Later.....

My outfit for the day is a red skirt with a black top and leather jacket along with my black ankle boots.

I get out of the bathroom to find Alex still laying on the bed while he uses his phone.

"Shouldn't you be down already?" I ask

"There is no breakfast today instead it will be brunch"he says as I nod and walk over to the bed with my phone.

.....A Few Minutes Later.....

Alex and I were just on our phones until there was a knock.

Alex gets up from the bed since he's closer to the door.

He opens it and I could tell whoever it was is surprised to see Alex.

"Oh...uh...Your Highness, Their Majesties have called for brunch in the terrace"

"Alright, we'll be down" Alex says before closing the door and walking towards me.

"You should've seen his face" Alex says sitting back on the bed as I chuckle.

"Well, I think the way he spoke gave a pretty clear demonstration of his emotions"

"It does...We should head down now" he says getting up.

"I agree" I say as I get up and fix my outfit.

I grab my black bag with my stuff in it and we both exit my room hand in hand.

We walk through the endless hallways  in a comfortable silence.

After some time we make it and everyone's already here.

Looks like Alex and I are late.

We all greet each other before sitting down and start eating.

.....One Hour Later.....

We finished our brunch and we are at the entrance of the palace.

Turns out the men will be staying here in the palace while us women go to the mall

"Excuse me, Your Majesties the car you requested is ready" a man says

"Thank you" Victoria says with her usual smile.

"I will see you later" Alex tells me

"Mhmm, see you later, I love you" I say

"I love you" he says as he pecks my lips.

"That's enough love birds save it for the wedding" Eleanor says causing me to blush as Alex turns away to hide his blushing face.

"Let's go" Victoria says as we all nod and head towards the cars

Now you may be wondering why Victoria's coming with us.

Well there is a simple answer and that is her good fashion taste despite her restrictions with her role as queen.

We all enter the car with Eleanor driving and Emily beside her while Victoria and I are seated at the back.

There are escorts at the back and front of the car to make sure nothing goes wrong.

.....One Hour Later.....

We made it to the mall and both Emily and Eleanor rush into the first store and starts trying on various outfits.

The security follows us around the mall and carries our things despite our protests.

Eleanor has already planned what she will be wearing when I marry Alex.

Alex hasn't even proposed yet (not that I am complaining) and she already has an outfit for the wedding.

Eleanor reminds me of Sophia, they both would become good friends, they both lobe clothing and fashion.

While Maddie and Emily would go freat with each other since they both are more introverted and are not much into shopping compared to Eleanor and Sophia.

We continue to shop for a few hours. We entered various shops for cloyhes, shoes, etc.

After a few hours we finally had an hour break in a cafe.

We all talked and got to know each other while we took a rest and recharged.

I regret wearing my ankle boots since my feet hurt like hell.

I just want to remove my shoes and sleep on my bed.

After a few more hours of shopping we finally ended.

We enter the car and all of us are very exhausted.

Who would've thought shopping could be so tiring.

We make it back to the palace and the first thing I do is head to my room with my things.

Alex comes in a few minuyes later and I tell him our adventure in the mall as he just laughs at me.

Emily and Eleanor will be staying until dinner but they were each given a room to get ready.

We all rested for about one hour until it was time for dinner.

After dinner both Emily and Eleanor left since they had things to do.

After they left I excused myself and went to my room to get ready and sleep
