You stood in the corner of a college party where you knew absolutely no one. You were just drinking and trying to enjoy yourself until a girl comes up to you.

"Hi, I'm Ravin. What's your name?" she asked. (made up person from the tik tok)

"I'm y/n," you reply.

"That's a pretty name. Are you, by chance, into girls?" she asks you.

"Yeah I am actually."

"Well then can I put my number in your phone?"

"Yeah sure," you reply with a smile. You take out your phone and hand it to her. She puts her number in and saves the contact.

"Call me," she says with a smirk and walks away.

You go home later that evening and debate on wether or not you should call her. You decide to wait so that you don't seem desperate.

— three day time skip —

It's now Tuesday and you decide that you want to call her. You haven't had much luck finding girls lately so you figured this was your chance.

You press her contact and the phone rings.

"Hello," an unfamiliar voice comes through.

"Hi, I'm looking for Ravin. Do you know where I can find her?" you ask.

"She did you dirty cause you called the local diner."

"Oh."

"And we only serve pizza on Tuesdays, but it's free for you. A lot of people call looking for Ravin here, so we've got the Ravin special."

"Thanks I guess."

"Just come to Larry's Diner on Main. We'll give you your free Ravin special."

"Ok. I'll be there in a little bit." You then hang up the phone.

You get ready and head to the diner. You get inside and it's a nice place. There's only a few people there. You sit down at one of the barstools a seat away from a blonde girl who seems a little sad.

"What can I get for you ladies?" a waitress asks.

"Can I have the Ravin special?" you both ask at the same time. You then turn to look at each other.

"Would you girls like to share a special?" You both nod while still making eye contact. The waitress walks away to give your order to the chef.

"Ravin got you too huh?" you ask her.

"Yeah. I shouldn't have fell for it."

"Me either. What's your name?"

"Yachi. What about you?"

"Y/n."

You then scoot onto the barstool next to her closing the gap between you two.

Soon enough, the waitress walks out with the pizza. You both take a piece and bite into it. It's really good.

You both finish your parts of the pizza while making little jokes throughout the meal.

"Hey Yachi?"

"Yes y/n?"

"Do you maybe wanna go on a date with me?" Yachi blushes but tries to hide it. She nods her head and you exchange numbers making sure they're correct.

"It was nice to meet you y/n!" she exclaims as she's walking away.

"It was nice to meet you too Yachi!"

You then head back to your car and drive home.

— 2 year time skip —

"Hey love, do you want pizza for dinner?" you ask.

"Sure why not," Yachi, your girlfriend, replies.

"Great." Yachi looks up at you obviously not knowing what you have planned.

You drive to Larry's Diner and get out of your car. Yachi looks at you and smiles.

"On this day, two years ago, I met the love of my life," you say.

"Stop being cheesy y/n," Yachi whines covering her blush with her hands.

"And we bonded over getting played by the same girl. It's crazy to think that I would've never met you if I hadn't have called that number. But I couldn't have asked for a better person to meet that day Yachi. And I hope that you feel the same."

You then start to go down on one knee and reach in your pocket. You pull out a box with a ring inside. Yachi's eyes widen and tears start forming in her eyes.

"Hitoka Yachi, will you make me the happiest girl in the world and marry me?" you ask.

Tears pour down Yachi's face fast.

"Yes, yes, yes!" she exclaims. You put the ring on her finger and stand up. You pick her up and spin her around. You place her back down and pull her into a long passionate kiss. As you pull away, you stare into each other's eyes and have wide smiles plastered on your faces.

You just got engaged to the woman who makes you happier than anything else in the world outside of the restaurant you met at.

"Let's go get our Ravin special," you say.
