Barry- can we convince the government that we are reopening S.T.A.R Labs

Cisco- we can work on that, in the meantime you have a wedding to prepare for

Barry- well... since Thawne left me the S.T.A.R Labs , I am thinking of reopening it

Barry- don't know yet, the president hasn't agreed yet and she hasn't set the terms yet

Cisco- dued we good the president wants to talk to you

Barry-ok, I'll call her now

Barry ended the call

Kara- what's that

Barry- the president wants to talk to me

Kara- ok call her, I wanna listen

Barry- ok

Barry call the president

Barry- hello I would like to speak to Ms. President, it's about S.T.A.R Labs

Secretary- ok, I'll get to her right now

Ms. President- hello

Barry- hello, Ms. President, this is Barry Allen, the owner of S.T.A.R Labs

Ms. President- oh yeah Mr. Allen, I will grant you the reopening, but I have my terms

Barry- you may speak you terms, Ms. President

Ms. President- never, turn the accelator on again

Barry- don't worry about that, the accelerator will be closed and only me and some high ranking staffs can open it

Ms. President- well that concludes it the S.T.A.R Labs can reopen anythime you want

Barry- thank you Ms. President, and good bye

Ms. President- you're welcome, Mr. Allen

Barry ended the call

Kara- so that's it

Barry- one problem

Kara- what?
