"YOU ARE GOING to give our daughter a heart attack." Cullen comments as she walks downstairs, stopping in front of the father and daughter. She gazes over the table stacked with pastries and deserts. "I guess apple turnover is fruit."
"Well, I saw no harm in indulging our daughter's sweet tooth. All things in moderation, of course." Klaus quips.
"Okay." Cullen nods, placing a kiss on Hope's head. "Don't eat too many. You'll get a stomachache. Can we talk?" Turing to Klaus she gestures for him to follow her, giving them a bit of privacy. "Have you seen Elijah?"
"I thought he was with Hayley. I haven't seen him since he left for Marcel's last night." Klaus answers.
Cullen shakes her head, a worried look on her face. "Hayley just called me. She doesn't know where he is either."

"He's not at Marcel's." Hayley comments, entering the foyer.
"We'll find him." Freya speaks up, holding out her hand for Cullen to take. The witches begin chanting, stopping when Freya let's out an aggravated breath. "He's cloaked by magic. I can feel it."
Cullen shakes her head. "It feels like the H-"
"It's her. It's the Hollow." A familiar voice exclaims causing the three women to turn, facing Vincent. "She has Elijah, and now she wants that bone."
"In exchange for Elijah?" Hayley questions hopefully.
"No, you don't understand." Vincent snaps. "There won't be an exchange. She needs Elijah to die in order to channel the energy from his sacrifice. She's already poisoned him with the rose thorns. She wants this bone by sundown. If she doesn't get it, then she's gonna come here and she's gonna take it. And when she does, she's going to take Cullen, and then she's gonna burn this entire city to the ground."

"You want a plan of attack, it comes down to this. Use the element of surprise. Now, Marcel will hand over the bone, and then I'm gonna cast the spell that buries her." Vincent explains now that Klaus and Marcel had joined them.
"The Ancestors' spell requires a sacrifice. An Original has to die." Hayley mumbles.
"Yeah." Vincent nods. "And right now, the Hollow is gonna use Elijah's death to come back, but there's a window where I can use the sacrifice to shove her back into her grave."
Klaus jumps up from his seat, a hardened look on his face. "You'll forgive me for stating the obvious, but your plan does nothing to save my brother. In fact, it relies entirely upon his death."
"Easy." Marcel cuts in. "He's just trying to help."
"Klaus." Vincent sighs. "Elijah's already dead. Now, the only thing that we can do right now is figure out whether or not that death is gonna count for something."
