Male Exo Guardian x Ada-1 Oneshots

Chapter 3: Off Time

Silver had just returned from a strike on the prison of elders with his fireteam. It was their time off for the festival of the dawning and the last time they would have a time off for a while.

Sam went to the ramen shop that Cayde would always take them to, Max went back to the tangled shore to deliver a gift from Eva to Crow, and Silver...well, he made his way to an apartment on the tower, not far from the ramen shop. 

He walked inside the apartment, he saw a woman at the desk. 

Manager: Oh Hello Silver, welcome back

Silver: Thanks 

He then hands her a cookie, he made it himself

Manager: Oh thank you

Silver: No problem, now if I could get my...

Manager: Oh right, sorry, one moment

She then pulls a key out of her desk and hands them to Silver

Silver: Thank you, happy dawning

Manager: Happy dawning, say hi to Ada for me

Silver: Will do

He then walks up the stairs, he walked down a hallway until he reached a door. He opened the door with the keys and walked inside the room. it was a small but cozy room, was a couch, a few bookshelves, one of which had the weapon Izanagi's Burden on display, and a salvaged tv from the golden age. There was another hall down by the kitchen area.

Silver turned and took off his helmet and put it on a shelf, he then moved to look out the window as he took off his armor to reveal the black undersuit that he wore underneath his armor. He then felt a pair of arms wrap around him, he looked down at his chest to see a familiar pair of white armored metallic arms with blue shapes decorating the plates. He looked behind him and saw another Exo looking at him with her blue eyes, she had a blue almost scar resembling shape across her left eye. Despite her eyes being robotic and mechanical, they had a loving and comforting expression in them.

Silver: *chuckles* Hello Ada

Ada: Welcome home love

Silver then turned around and put his forehead against hers. Then a warbeast with a collar came walking down the hall, once it saw Silver, its eyes widened before it lept and tackled him to the ground. But instead of attacking him, it licked his face like a dog would. Silver was laughing as he got the large canine off of him and pet it on its head, the alien hound then grumbled in happiness.

Silver: I missed you too Bear

Ada: He would sit by the door every night waiting for you

The cabal hound then sat down on Silver's lap and fell asleep, Ada then pulled out a wrapped engram from one of the cabinets

Ada: I got you a gift

Silver: Aw thanks hun

He opened the engram and found that inside of the purple dodecahedron and found a masterwork Atalanta-D XG1992 to replace the prized weapon he lost when the pyramids destroyed Io, Titan, Mercury, and Mars.

Silver: Aw Ada you didn't have to-

Before he could finish, Ada sat down next to him and leaned against him, putting her head against his shoulder.

Ada: I wanted to give you a gift that you would treasure

He then leans his head against hers 

Silver: Ada every moment I'm with you, I treasure

Ada then chuckled to herself, the pair then fall asleep with their large dog. Silver couldn't wait to spend the festival of the dawning with his family.
