Malfoy went screaming away as soon as he saw the hooded figure which was drinking the unicorn's blood .
" Cowards " Y/N muttered under her breath , she send red sparks in the sky as soon as they saw the figure.
Thanks to Y/N'S quick thinking.
But Hagrid and the others may take tume to find them so what if they die by the hands of this person ?
' Nope too young to die ' Y/N Thought then mentally scolded herself ' It wasn't time to joke around focus ! '
The figure approached them as Harry and Y/N took few steps backwards only to trip on a tree's root and fall down .
Y/N closer her eyes as the figure approached them .
Suddenly she heard sound of galloping and someone running away .
She slowly opened her eyes to see a centaur towering over them .
" Are you two alright ? " asked the centaur he had white - blond hair and a palomino body .
" Yes " said Harry as the centaur helped them to their feet.
" Thank you " added Y/N quickly then narrowed her eyes at Harry as if to say : where are your manners ?
" What was that ? " asked Harry . The centaur had astonishingly blue eyes , like sapphires . He looked carefully at Y/N and Harry his eyes lingering on Harry's scar and Y/N'S facial features .
" You are the Potter boy and the Connor girl " he said " You shouldn't be here in the forest , it isn't safe especially for you two "
" My name's Firenze " he introduced himself .
" Do you know why the unicorn blood is used ? " he asked suddenly as he motioned them to follow him .
" No " said Y/N startled by the odd question " We have just used horn and hair tails in potions "
Harry nodded in agreement .
" That's because it's a monstrous thing to slay a unicorn " he said " The blood of a unicorn will keep you alive even if you're an inch from death , but it takes a terrible price "
" And what it is " asked Y/N unable to stop her curiousity , she also noticed that they were almost at the place where they parted ways when they came here with Hagrid .
" You'll live a cursed live the moment the blood touches your lips " he explained .
" But how wants to be cursed ? " Harry wondered out loud "Death is better "
" It is " said Firenze " Do you two know what hidden in the castle
now ? "
" The Philosophers stone ! It's Vold— ' said Y/N when she connected the dots but someone cut her off in between .
" Harry , Y/N are you alright ?? " Hermoine was running towards them Hagrid , Ron and Malfoy side by side.
" Yeah alright " said Y/N not focusing on what she was saying .
" This us where I leave you two " said Firenze " Good Luck there's things waiting for you " .
After saying this he disappeared into the depths of the Forrest leaving a confused Y/N and Harry behind .
