She was showing her lap. I placed my head on her lap and she started caressing my hair. I closed my eyes and told her everything. Me flirting with girls, Maahi's fake boyfriend, then me fighting with him, Maahi's confession and everything. I can tell my mum everything . I trust her blindly. Whenever I am in a bad situation, she helps me out, by making me lay down on her lap and caressing my hair. I love my mum the best. After my dad passed away, my mum controlled herself and raised me. Giving all the rights and love a child deserves.
Riyaz's Mum: Ri do you love her?
Riyaz: Mum how can I... (cuts in between)
Riyaz's Mum: Dekho beta, If you don't love her then why did you fight with that boy? When you flirt with every single girl, why doesn't she say anything? Because she loves you truly. She gave me a warm smile and kissed my forehead and went out of the room. Whole nightI was in her thoughts and whenever I think of her, I smile crept over my lips. With the thoughts of Maahi, I slept.
Scene Change (Maahi, Naina & Arishfa in the hotel)
Maahi's POV
Naina: What happened Maahi? Why did you start crying suddenly?
Arishfa: Yeah Maahi what happened?
Maahi: Actually..
There was a knock on the door. Arishfa went to open it and saw Sameer standing with his bike keys swinging in his fingers.
Arishfa: Come on it's only 9pm pleasse
Sameer: No princess Dada and Bhabhi both are waiting for dinner, we need to go.
Arishfa: Ok (sadly). Bye Aina and Maahi (passing them a hug)
Sameer: Bye Maahi, Bye cutie (softly)
Naina: Um... bye
And they went out of the hotel.
Naina's POV
Naina: What happened? Why did you cry all of a sudden?
Maahi: First you need to promise me that you won't tell anyone. Everyone's knows except Arhaan.
Naina: Ok ok I promise first tell me what happened.
Maahi: I love someone and his name is Riyaz
Naina: What! Are you serious? Riyaz is a flirt boy, who flirts with every single girl. You love him?
Maahi: Yes, yeah I admit that I love a person who flirts with girls, so what Aina? This love is one - sided. My hope from God will never end. From the hope of God, he will hopefully love me. I love truly. Love has no language Aina, My love for him is silent, but unfortunately he didn't noticed (sobbing)
Naina: Hey Maahi it's, it's ok. If you believe in God then he will definitely help you. Why don't you tell him by yourself?
Maahi: I told him already and.. (cut off by Naina)
Naina: Wait, wait, wait when did you tell him?
Maahi: Oh!! When he dragged me with him remember?
Naina: Oh right!
Maahi: I told him but he was standing in shock. Being honest, it just came out of my mouth. I don't know what do to do! (groaning in frustration)
Naina: Maahi you need to calm down and relax. Falling in love with someone is easy, kissing someone is also easy, but bumping into someone that can spark your soul that is rare. If I tell you from my opinion, I think he gives you spark. You have fallen madly for him Maahi. Love is something when you given your whole soul to a person. True love is rare in this world, and Maahi (placing her hand on her shoulder) you love is true and I honestly this love chain will not break. I think it's late at night you should sleep, tomorrow we have college right?
I just looked at her and her jaw was dropped. She was looking both confused and shocked. I closed the blinds and went to her and closed her mouth with my index finger and she gulped. Suddenly she started going around me in a circle, okay that's weird?
Naina: Umm Maahi I think we should sleep?
Maahi: Are you actually Naina Malik? Because the Naina Malik I know is a total and complete nerd, how does she know about love?
Naina: Maahi it's just my opinion and thinking about love. Why, can't a simple nerd have a thinking on love? And obviously who doesn't know about love, everyone does not only me (lying down on the bed on her side). Now come and sleep we have college and I don't want to be late
Maahi: Yeah ok good night
By saying good night, Maahi slept. I covered her with the blanket and headed towards the balcony. Gazing towards the dark blue sky and focusing on the stars. Love? This word freaks the hell out of me. Love is nothing, but I hat to speak positive for Maahi's true love. First time in my life, after my parents it Maahi's love. I don't know why I feel so lonely. I have everything I need, but still I feel greedy about something special I need. I was thinking, when suddenly my eyes gazed at the sky and what I saw shocked the stars were creating a love heart. I chuckled thinking about love. It's almost been a month for me in this college. I have new friends, new teachers and classmates, but I never expected in my life who will love this total nerd girl. Sameer, he's a psycho person. The first time he saw me he claimed as his, like who the hell does that? And everyone in the canteen were just watching doing nothing, because according to them he is the boss. I am still confused if he loves me or not? His possessiveness towards me, makes me feels special but why? Letting all my thoughts fly away, I took my sleeping pills and let sleep drift over me.
