Why?

Continued from last chapter..,
The next day I woke up and I actually cried my self to sleep I think it was around 1:40am when I feel asleep I always think about Mikey before I go to sleep he is my first thought when I wake up too. I got up and checked my phone I had a new missed call from Nellie I decided to call her back and tell her what happened last night with Mikey. She answered and I told her everything that had happened. She hung up on me without saying bye. "wow I said I think I just lost a friend" 5 minutes later the door rang it was Nellie I thought you were made at me I said to Nellie she just gave me a hug that afternoon there was going to be a end of semester party every Freshmen was invited at one of the popular girls house i knew that the same people at Mikeys party would be there including Mikey I didn't feel like going and I probably wouldn't get permission to go but Nellie got my hopes up and convinced me it would be a good idea to go. I would show Mikey that I wasn't hurt I would be brave. It was 6 and the party was about to start I chose to wear flannel and jeans with some uggs it was a snowy day. Nellie's mom picked me up and we headed to the party! As we entered they welcomed us in the 2 host girls from the party. Me and Nellie sat down I looked around and I didn't see Mikey his friend Chris was there and he came up to me and asked me if I was looking for Mikey I just said "no" he's like "yeah sure you probably miss him and he's not coming his girlfriend didn't let him come cause of you" when he said that I felt as if the world collapsed on me "I just said umm ok" I had no words to say 2 hours later it was 9pm and me and Nellie wanted to leave we really wanted for Mikey to come we said bye to everyone as I opened the door to leave Mikey was about to come in!
