In which Dan's an arsonist and Louise thinks he needs more friends.

The arsonist is a humble man, and he never really needed any help with doing what he does. Never really understood the point of making friends if they were all going to die anyways. But sometimes, some people are too good to not befriend. (That was a bad summary but. It's a work in progress anyways. This is basically a practice fic where I can mess around with my headcanon roles and have a little fun, so it's probably gonna be dumb and all over the place. But, oh well. First major fanfiction, enjoy.) (This fic will most likely never be finished. It may be rewritten someday, as the characters in it are now in my OC canon. If I ever rewrite it, I'll be sure to publish it here.)

As the screams faded, only fire remained.

A story follows a character unbeknownst to the concept of good. Born into a world of death, survival, betrayal and destruction, Clive doesn't understand the concept of authority, law, or order. His main goal is to survive. However, with little cares in the world, he does this his way. In his world, a Plague swept over the land, killing most of the population, and for those infected that lived, the victims were rendered insane. Chaos struck a calm world during a time of peace when no one expected it, and it left the world inert. Crows became the feared icon of death as they carried the evolving Plague to every corner of the world. The cry of a crow struck fear into survivors hearts, as everyone was terrified they would be infected as well. However anarchists found this time to be a time of their rejoicing, and took pride and enjoyment in their crimes and chaos. Clive was part of this world, an orphan who's parents were killed by other survivors right before him. He was not a bad person, just a lost person, alone set to survive against the terribly turned people of the Plague and the paranoid survivors that were out for his blood. However, soon fate drags him into a situation entirely new to him. He meets someone else, a key to ending, or worsening, the Crow's apocalypse.

19th of October 1990 was a cold silent night when the Bradford family had gone peacefully to bed what they weren't expecting was a huge flame to erupt out of nowhere and to spread quickly, Harley the youngest screamed and cried waking up all the other members of the family that's when they realized what was happening. Evelyn the wife of Vincent and mother of Elie and Harley ran to Elie's room to wake him up, once they all gathered in the family room Vincent decided to try to find a way out he took the clearest path and told the others to hurry and follow him Evelyn and Elie trusted their father so they rushed up to him and started following Vincent. Harley stunned with everything going on was frozen Elie turned back and noticed that Harley was still far behind them he yelled out to Harley but Harley was just a crying mess. Elie shouted at his father and mother to stop and told them that Harley was in shock Vincent and Evelyn turned to look at Harley but as they did an unexpected gush of flames burst out in front of Harley killing his father, Mother and eldest brother. Harley was surrounded by flames and continued to scream and cry knowing that his family is gone. Fire-fighters took action quickly when they had realized what was happening to the Bradford mansion. Sirens going off and they rushed to the burning mess. Only one Bradford member survived that night three year old Harley Bradford.

A girl named Amanda snaps and goes to the funny farm as what her new friend calls it. Twist and turns around every corner finding out everyone's insane stories.
