Summer 1985. Somewhere between L.A. and Seattle, a boy becomes a man. Buck Star has a girlfriend problem. And a bully problem. Chet Armstrong, Hybrid High's captain of the football team, captain of the cheerleading squad, and owner of the town's most popular juice stand, as well as Buck's high school bully for the last four years, has just delivered the ultimate insult: stealing Buck's girlfriend, Jennifer Mills, on the night of his eighteenth birthday. High School Buck might've put up with this full-frontal assault, but Buck's about to graduate, and his days of being the victim are over. In a quest for revenge, Buck seeks out the wisdom of a karate master to help him defeat Chet. But Mr. Ken Kabuki makes a startling claim: "It's 1985. Karate's out. Coffee's in." Buck understands. Chet is also graduating. No longer will he have football and cheerleading to bolster his ego and power. All he has left now is the juice stand. And if Buck Star is going to get back at Chet Armstrong for four years of abuse and one night of girlfriend-stealing, he's going to do it by hitting him where it hurts the most: taking the one legacy he still has any control over right out from his grips...and maybe try to get back the girl while he's at it. But neither one is prepared for the antagonizing forces that loom over the city, forces that see all, interfere with all, and want to conquer all, through money or other means. Buck has to learn how to make and sell coffee, but he also has to learn how to survive as a business owner in Hybrid City and still win the 60-day bet he's entered with his high school bully, a bet that if he loses will force him to become Chet's employee and continual target of abuse, threatening his future and livelihood for years to come. And then he'll never get the girl. And so it begins.

What if the flood was not god's wrath but the murderous hubris of a cult? Read this short story that I wrote, then had Deepseek retool it in the style of David Lynch, this as much as an homage to David's work as it is an adoring student and fan reaching back through the ether to spend time with an old friend.

The fifteenth entry of the 2020-2021 Film Journal is the prequel film, "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me". In this extensive installment, I detail the importance of David Lynch's work upon my recent life; my experience with the "Twin Peaks" series; my personal, so-far interpretation of the tale's mysteries and ideas; how "Fire Walk with Me" feels as a cinematic experience; and how this film dramatically shifts my views of this beloved show. The woman in the radiator sang, "In heaven...where the grass is greener, in heaven...where everything is better"...the phrase in his head repeated and repeated and repeated. All while the child that started it all screamed. ~~ this will have refrences to older shows, and will not be updated frequently, keep in mind im a kid writing this and have other things to do and wont be able to do this as much as most also as well, i do not have good grammar, nor good spelling, so if i do spell something wrong, just dont be mean, im doing this for fun. this isnt a Xreader, nor a characterXcharacter, this is more of a love letter for how much i love this movie, and to continue my thoughts on how it would go if it were longer, so theories are incorporated within this(this also mixes both areas of the eraserhead and twin peaks shows) ~~ I correct myself within the same day, this actually might be a character Xcharacter(it MIGHT, just might-) Fight me. Its still the love letter, and its not X reader Fight me if you refuse this, actually don't bc I can't fight BUT YOU GET THE POINT- Cover artwork by me

DreamPunk, contrary to the name, doesn't necessarily have to involve dreams. They can also be visions, drug-induced or otherwise. DreamPunk is surreal sci-fi, often merging with the fantastical.

It feels strange to think of David Lynch as gone. A man whose work existed somewhere between waking life and the dreams we forget upon opening our eyes. His films, shows, and art lingered in a space where logic felt like an afterthought, yet they held a magnetic pull that dared us to look closer. Now, with his passing, we are left wondering if the mysteries he conjured will ever unravel or if that was never the point.

Here is my script for an unproduced short film, entitled "Finish Me". The tale centers around the anxiety and guilt that comes with being emotionally, passionately attached to a artistic project while trying to get much needed sleep. Written in late 2020, shortly after my discovery of the works of director David Lynch, I constructed the piece to deliberately counter my consistent pitfalls when making short films. Those being: they are too complicated, in story and in technical composition, and are too long. Here, I wanted to compose a piece that could be be filmed in my filmmaker partner's house using a very small cast. Unfortunately, 2020's woes and subsequent life changes have so far prevented me from filming the piece, and it has remained in my metaphorical drawer until now. Perhaps one day the little flick can see rolling cameras.

In the quiet town of Eden Falls, the mutilated body of a young woman is discovered in a motel room - her eyes replaced with blue roses. FBI agent Richard is sent to investigate, but the more he digs, the stranger and more complex the events become. Who is Richard, really? What lies beneath the surface of this case? What is Eden Falls hiding? A tribute - and perhaps a continuation - of a story that began somewhere near Twin Peaks. This screenplay blends mystery, psychological horror, and surrealism into a strange exploration of identity, grief, and the stories we can't escape - or stop telling ourselves. Perhaps Twin Peaks is closer than it seems. ⚠️ This is a screenplay adapted into a reader-friendly format (novel/play) to make the experience smoother. The layout is designed for comfortable reading - no worries! There is also a French version available. ⚠️

Henry Spencer, John Merrick, Paul Atreides, Jeffrey Beaumont, Sailor Ripley, Laura Palmer, Fred Madison, Alvin Straight, Betty Elms and Nikki Grace. 10 people see the world differently than everyone else. Or, at least, their world. But one day, something goes wrong. 10 stories bring fear, hurt, determination, curiosity, individuality, brokenness, anger, sadness, jealousy and trouble itself to the forefront as they see the culmination of their actions and their feelings all at the center. Different worlds, dimensions and places come together, time and time again. Is it future or is it past? One cannot say for sure where they begin or where they end. It's like the ancient phrase: We are like the dreamer who dreams and then lives inside a dream. But... who is the dreamer?

In one universe, Will Graham finds himself sitting across from Special Agent Dale Cooper in the Double R Diner, learning about the murder of Laura Palmer. And it's over a cup of coffee, of course. - "You alright there, friend?" "I'm fine," Graham had grumbled. This was despite the other man speaking with the kind of attitude Cooper imagined was befitting a sleepwalker woken early. The veil had been pulled away. A heavy wool blanket pulled swiftly off in the chill of winter. Goosebumps rising. Not, not fine at all. Severely discontented. Needs coffee and good conversation to warm him up, maybe. - (It came to me recently that Will Graham needs to experience the Black Lodge. Originally posted on AO3, this is my work.)
