A wish Modern! Au based on the idea of what would have happened if Asha lost.

Asha, the princess of Rosas begins to notice something... off about her fathers behavior, noticing a pattern in wishes, the fact he only granted wishes to benefit him, as she goes to her mother, her friends, each turns her away, so finally, with her suspicion, she turns to her last resort, the stars... A/N: Hiii! This will be a rewrite of Disneys Wish, i had watched it with my sister, and we saw all of the rewrites so, why not make our own! this will have a lot of the concept stuff as Starboy, romance etc, Enjoy!

Just to Let You guys know, even though you probably assumed as much, I do not own rights to any Disney content, and this is just a silly little project I decided to start. READ IT! And I hope you enjoy :) "OMG! WHY DID DISNEY TAKE OUT THE LOVE STORY?!?! UGH WE COULD'VE HAD SO MUCH BETTER! DISNEY REALLY FUMBLED WITH THIS ONE!" While I do understand the complaints of everyone I've seen online write these things, I can also understand, respect, and appreciate Disney's thought process when it came to Wish. That doesn't mean, however, that I don't think it could have been better. Personally, I think Wish was about a 5/10. It was good for a kid's movie and contained easter eggs that I loved. At the end of the day, it delivered, but delivered for a different audience. This version, I'm hoping, contains a bit of that Disney appeal, while also appealing to an audience that can understand a bit more, and can take a bit more mature content. That being said, though I haven't gotten there yet, I will be including the love aspect and twisting a few things to change it up. And now, without further ado, I give you my little retelling of Wish, entitled: When You Wish Upon A Star. Enjoy! And happy reading!

An immigrant moves out of her home country to the country Rosas to get her wish fulfilled, only to find that the country is no longer filled with hope and happy people anymore. Without their king, the kingdom started to decay, and a new grand sorceress runs the kingdom while the queen is locked away. On the journey to get her wish granted, she accidentally joins a rebellion of different citizens who wish to free their king. {Wish OC insert}

A reimagined, reworked concept and plot for Disney's "Wish", includes scrapped concept ideas, like Starboy x Asha, and original ideas.

Queen Amaya is left to run Rosas without her husband, something that she never wanted. When War comes to Rosas, Amaya does what she needs to do to protect her kingdom, but she knows that the best protection Rosas has is King Magnifico. Unfortunately for Amaya, saving Rosas might mean that she needs to make a sacrifice.

Come join me for a fully reworked, reimagined version of Disney's 100th anniversary film, Wish (feat. scrapped concepts and ideas, further developed characters, a TRUE villain w/a backstory, romance, AND MORE)! DISCLAIMER: I saw Wish opening day and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought everything about the movie was beautiful, but I wasn't a huge fan of the writing. But that's OK, because now I get to play around with the plot myself! I hope you enjoy! A fanfic inspired by Disney's Wish Asha is the adopted daughter of the King and Queen of Rosas, who seem to care more about their status as king and queen than their subjects.
